This weekend, the weather may be overcast, but the vibrant spirit of the city shines through its indoor attractions. Begin your journey with a City Tour that takes you through the historic sites and local culture of Ho Chi Minh City. Available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on May 31st, this tour offers a deep dive into the city’s rich history. From the Thich Quang Duc monument to the bustling Ho Thi Ky Flower Market, each stop is a testament to the city’s resilience and cultural diversity. As you explore, take a moment to savor a cup of Vietnamese coffee at a local shop, where the aroma of freshly brewed beans mingles with the stories of the past.
“A perfect choice for hidden gems - We booked a tour a day in advance, and we loved it! Red and Hailey were our drivers/guides and we couldn’t recommend them enough - ride was safe. Would recommend this tour to anyone who would like to see a bit more hidden parts of the city, in quite a short period of time.” - Reviewed on 2025-04-28
Culinary Adventures Amidst the Clouds
As the afternoon unfolds, the rain may continue to fall, but the culinary scene in District 4 is anything but dreary. Indulge in a Dinner Cruise on the Saigon River, available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on both May 31st and June 1st. This experience combines the traditional art of water puppetry with a sumptuous Vietnamese buffet. As you board the Indochina Queen, let the live music and the gentle sway of the river transport you to a world where tradition meets modernity. The water puppet show, a unique Vietnamese art form, brings to life the legends and folklore of the region, offering a glimpse into the cultural essence of Vietnam.
“Highly fabulous highly recommending this tour, water, puppet show, and dinner cruise on the river - We felt the price was very reasonable, we were pampered from the beginning when our guides had picked us up. The fun part was riding on the motorbikes through the city to the puppet show, which was amazing a traditional water puppet show. Then we were taken by motorbike to our boat, where we did our beautiful dinner and river cruise, and the food was fabulous, I would highly recommend this tour. It was so much fun, and our guides were just fabulous and made it extra special. There was no worry and no stress very accommodating.” - Reviewed on 2025-01-19
