• Ho Chi Minh City - In the neighborhoods of District 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, locals flock to their favorite eateries, some of which have been culinary landmarks for decades.

Our food adventure begins with a banh mi from a 40+ year-old establishment, celebrating the iconic sandwich born from the French-inspired bakeries of old Saigon. In the hidden alleys, we’ll find a Michelin-rated kitchen offering stringy rice noodles with thit nuong grilled pork and tender beef wrapped in wild betel leaves.

We’ll indulge in over 15 tastings, from red banh cua crab soup to white shredded pork and coconut cream. We’ll broaden our taste buds with charcoal-grilled babylon snails and razor clams with morning glory, to sticky rice bananas and pumpkin custard. We won’t reveal all the surprises, but rest assured, you won’t leave hungry.

• Ho Chi Minh City - Additional highlights of this culinary journey include a dose of history at a secret weapons bunker, and a picturesque walk through the intriguing Nguyen Thien Thuat apartment complex, a relic of the American soldier era, now a hub for street food in the city.
