- Flight arrival details & Hotel Address or Flight Number Departure Time are required 48 hours before arrival.
- The additional charge at 9 usd/ hour will be applied AFTER 60 minutes of waiting from the time your flight lands.
- After 120 minutes of waiting from the time you flight lands without pre-informing will be considered as No-show.

Five Stars Service to Katie at Asiana Travel Link - After an exhaustive search for a five-star travel service, we chose ASIANA LINK TRAVEL for our complex, multi-city Vietnam itinerary (Da Nang, Hoi An, Phu Quoc, Tay Ninh). Our agent, Katie, was exceptional. Our personalization requests were handled with the same five-star detail. For Da Nang and Hoi An, Katie seamlessly integrated all our requests: securing private, early transfers and VIP passes for Ba Na Hills/Golden Bridge, organizing a highly knowledgeable private cultural and food tour in Hoi An Old Town, and providing expert shopping guidance in Da Nangand Black Virgin Mountain in Tay Ninh.

VIP Fast Track - I had a great experience using the VIP Fast Track to and fro Vietnam. The staff were professional and very pleasant. Katie ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Everyone I came across was nice, helpful and it was very peaceful!The drive to the hotel was breathtaking, seeing the coolest city, attractive houses, and lots of motorbikes was amazing. I was impressed with the culture, food, and overwhelming assistance I received during my stay!

Airport transfer and airport fast track - Amazing. Driver arrived early and on arrival to the airport it was easy and fast through the fast track. communication with Katie was great and she kept in contact checking if the everything had gone well.

Stress free and speedy just what you want - All I can say is worth every penny in Ho Chi Minh City. The arrivals queue was massive and we heard people were waiting 3 hours to pass through security. After 15 hours of travelling that is really not what you want!!! Instead 15 minutes though passport control, to baggage claim and out to our waiting car!!! Stress free and easy!!

Best day ever through customs! - If fast track is available at any of my destinations, Ill never do it any other way. We were through customs in about half an hour in a line that would have easily taken us three. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!

Fast track immigration time saver. - A fantastic service at this airport. Waiting times at immigration are crazy long. The staff collected us as we left the flight then ushered us straight through an empty immigration line. Would recommend this for anyone travelling to Saigon.

Antiquated and terrible airport customs and staff - I though Bali airport was a mess before we arrived and departed from here (worse than flying in to Los Angeles) If we didn’t purchase a fast pass prior to arrival we would have been waiting for three hours, fast pass was good To get through, then we had to wait for our bags for over an hour, the baggage area was full of bags literally thrown from the baggage conveyer, absolutely rude staff with no expression at all, On the way out didn’t get a fast pass, however this was like organised chaos, no system in place, people jumping the queue and causing frustration with passengers, at one stage a Vietnamese guy (on the same flight to Melbourne with us) grabbed a guy jumping the line and gave him a good old caning, the guy he grabbed was in shock and we thought this was going to be a fight (the jumper was twice the height and half the age), again no c on troll from their customer officers, the airport has no real eateries and the whole airport looks like something out of the sixties that has had no renovations. It was actually good to get back to Melbourne and let the sour taste subside, also what did not help was Vietnam Arline’s, another review for another session. I give this airport no positives what so ever and would not return
