• Ho Chi Minh City - At the hotel lobby in District 1, the operator’s car and guide will pick up guests for a trip to the Mekong Delta.
• My Tho - The journey continues to My Tho, where travelers will board a motorized boat on the Tien River to visit the Qui, Dragon, Phoenix, and Unicorn Islets. Guests can stroll through the village, visit a local fruit garden, and savor tropical fruits while enjoying Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by islanders. Following this, a rowing boat trip on a small canal lined with water coconut palms awaits.
• Ben Tre - The boat will cruise to Ben Tre province, known as “The Land of Coconut.” Visitors will have the opportunity to visit a coconut candy-making shop and observe how local products are crafted from coconuts.
• Can Tho - Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Afterward, guests can relax on a hammock or cycle around the village. In the afternoon, the journey continues to Can Tho, the heart of the Mekong Delta region. After checking into the hotel, guests have free time to explore the city at night.
• Cai Rang Floating Market - Start the day early by boarding a boat to visit the renowned Cai Rang Floating Market, which is most lively in the early morning. Experience the bustling activity of boats selling fruits, vegetables, and various local products. During the boat tour, there will be a stop at a boat selling vermicelli and coffee, where guests can purchase and enjoy these local treats while soaking in the market’s unique atmosphere. The tour continues with a visit to a Rice Noodle Factory to observe the traditional process of making rice noodles. There will also be time to explore a vibrant local market, filled with colorful stalls offering fresh produce, spices, and vegetables.
• Can Tho - Return to the hotel for check-out, enjoy breakfast, and freshen up after the morning’s activities. From Can Tho, begin the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City. Along the way, stop at the 10 Vo ancient house to explore this historic Vietnamese home, learn about its architectural features, and gain insights into local traditions and customs.
