Relaxing day in the Mekong Delta - We had a relaxing and interesting day with our guide in the Mekong Delta. There was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed trying to cook spring rolls and rice pancake.

Traditional-funny-informative-spiritual. - An amazing day from start to finish with an incredible tour guide Amie-an informative and entertaining preview of the days events to come-the Temples to the Fascinating Coconut Candy Island and cruising the Mekong traditionally was an experience I’ll never forget-Amie arranged any extra dietary requirements and had our safety and care fits and foremost all day-it is an experience you should have whilst in Vietnam-an absolute highlight of my trip.

Disappointed tour - Misrepresentation, poor organisation, and unprofessional conduct - This tour did not meet its advertised standards and was poorly organised. We had our tour on 29/12/25. The pickup process was confusing and stressful. The booking confirmation stated we should arrive by 7:40 AM, but on the morning of the tour the guide messaged at 7:10 AM saying pickup was at 7:30 AM. Despite me immediately pointing out the inconsistency and advising we will be there by 7:38 AM, clear instructions were not provided until 7:29 AM, by which time we were already in transit and unable to redirect the Uber driver due to the fact he can't speak English, nor we could book another Uber as it was too crowded. We rushed to walk at the final pickup point on time but then waited around 35 minutes for the bus, with no apology or explanation a t the end. The tour guide also made inappropriate political comments in front of foreign guests, including remarks about China and border violence. Regardless of personal views, this is unprofessional and unsuitable for a tourism setting. The listing states a maximum group size of 26, yet there were 39 people on the bus. This is a significant difference and felt misleading. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend this tour unless these issues are addressed.

Acceptable tour, sketchy info and low quality service. - The guided tour itself was fine, with a small group and including all the main activities that other operators offer for a 1 day tour on the Mekong Delta from Ho Chi Minh City. I'm giving a low rating because we were scammed when making the (non refundable) reservation. We were staying in Ho Chi Minh City district 3 and we chose this operator amongst the many specifically because we wanted to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We know that in the main activities' description there's a vague hint about the district pick up availability, but while booking the trip our hotel appeared on the list of the possible pick up locations. Every other operator we checked out didn't have our hotel on their list while this did, and that's why we chose it. After the payment, and just a few hours before the trip, we received a message stating that pick-up wouldn't be possible in our district and that we would have to walk to another hotel in district 1. This was not negotiable, even if we tried explaining what had happened and the reasoning behind our choice. Now we're wondering if the list of available pick-up locations is purposefully more ample with this operator compared to the others just to attract tourists residing in more remote districts, such as ourselves.
