Ho chi minh cooking class - This was a very detailed cooking class
The Chef was great at showing and explaining
Thre entire process of cooking spring rolls
Both fresh and fried. Vietnamese chicken wings
With salad and pinneqple dessert
They we ate the great food

Wonderful and intimate lesson - recommend!! - Incredibly welcoming environment, head chef, and support staff with which to learn Vietnamese cooking. Special shout out to the guest appearances from the house kids!!

Definitely take this class with excellent instructions. - The cook/teacher was excellent. She knew lots of tricks and tips and she was methodical about how she put everything together so that I would learn quickly. The ingredients involved were fresh and the resulting dishes were tasty. I made Vietnamese spring rolls, learned how to make carrot flowers, made delicious pho and learned the history of the name. I also made rice, flour, pancake with veggies and meat inside it. It was delicious.
I would highly recommend this class. It was fun at the end to get a certificate, a cookbook and a lovely fan. Thank you so much for such a wonderful class - a Canadian in Vietnam.

One of the best cooking experiences ive been - I went for the morning market walk about followed by cooking class at her place. Chef is very sweet bring me to all the shops and shared about different herbs and spices, fruits, vegetables and fish available in vietnam. Chef is very knowledgeable and gave really insider tips on cooking, how to prevent spices from becoming bitter, how to ensure the soup doesnt turn cloudy and dirty. All these tips you wont find in a typical recipe book. It was such a lovely time

Amazing cooking class/ compares to culinary school - I can’t speak highly enough of this cooking class, as a professional cook in my home county I do as many cooking classes while I’m abroad as possible and this one is by far the best I’ve attended. Ms. Ngoc Dung reminds me of some of the head chefs I’ve worked for, professional, clean, informative and very knowledgeable. I was quite lucky as I was the only person booked so I had a one on one tour of the market and class it was very personalised. I do love classes with groups but this felt like a real cooking lesson and I will take some skills back home that I can practice with my friends, colleagues and family.
Please if you are interested in a real cooking lesson join this class you won’t regret it.
