Ho Chi Minh City is intense, fascinating, and absolutely worth visiting. - Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City is a very impressive and vibrant city. What stands out immediately are the extremely busy streets, filled with countless motorbikes and scooters. Another iconic sight is the many street food stalls lining almost every road. Eating here is very affordable — for around €1.50 you can already buy a bowl of soup from a street vendor. Hygiene is not guaranteed, but it’s an experience you can choose to try.
A Hop-On Hop-Off bus is a great way to explore the city and see the main attractions in a relaxed way. The War Remnants Museum made the strongest impression on me. The images and displays of the suffering and massacres endured by the Vietnamese people are very powerful and moving.
A visit to the Mekong Delta is highly recommended. For approximately €16, you can travel there by (sleeper) bus. Due to heavy traffic, the journey takes around 3 to 4 hours, but once there, we truly enjoyed the peace, beautiful nature, and slower pace of life.
Overall, Ho Chi Minh City is intense, fascinating, and absolutely worth visiting.

Lovely day out - It’s a lovely day out and I especially enjoyed the Sampan boat trip.

5stars - It was a very enjoyable and interesting one-day trip to the Mekong Delta with our guide, Mr. Mingo. The program was well organized and in one day we saw a lot without feeling rushed.
Mr. Mingo created a friendly atmosphere, took care of the group and spoke very good English. He shared many insights about local life, culture and history, and answered all our questions with extra stories and fun facts.
The tour program was diverse: a boat ride on the main Mekong channels, small boat rides in narrow canals, tasting tropical fruits and local honey tea, and visits to small local workshops. This gave a good picture of how people in the Mekong Delta live and work.
Overall, it was a great way to see the Mekong Delta in one day and really feel the atmosphere of the region. Highly recommended, especially with guide Mr. Mingo, who made the day special and memorable.

Amazing Day on the Mekong! - IT was a wonderful day on the Mekong River! Visiting 3 Islands with different vibes and peoples. Our guide Tom "Cruise" was amazing with the explanations about culture, history and so much more!
