Distillery Tour & Tasting in Virginia Beach

Unfortunately I purchased these tix , not realizing they were the day before Easter , myself & my 2 friends I purchased the tix for just couldn’t get out of our family obligations to go. I’m bummed we misssed our chance at the tour☹️

Guide was very knowledgeable but talked too fast and too softly.

After the hostess told me it was $20 for three tastings, I went there and find that it was only two tastings, yet they refused to refund me a portion of the cost. Furthermore, the tour guide spoke way too softly and fast in an industrial setting. I missed a good amount of the story behind the distillery’s history and processes. I definitely do not recommend. Instead, go to Chesapeake Bay Distillery and pay $7 for a 4 tastings.

It was amazing. I felt that we learned, how the process was done so when we purchased a bottle, we appreciated the effort and the time it took to make the whiskey. I am grateful that we are on the list for buying more spirits and the history that comes from the place. I plan to reserve the tasting room for my husbands birthday, new experiences that I want to share with my friends and family. I lived here locally and loved how you turned something old into something new.
