Exceptional and great - I am writing this review to highly commend our guides ( Dain & Devaine ) who let our tours. It was great and the experience was awesome! They have provided an outstanding service . They went above and beyond to ensure our group felt comfortable. We will definitely book with them again in the near future.

Highly recommended! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic horseback riding excursion. Everything was well organized, the staff were friendly, and the horses were well cared for. It was an unforgettable experience. On my next trip to Jamaica, I will only book with Eyeteavelja. Highly recommended!

The experience was great.... - The experience was great. If your hotel is in Montego Bay is a bit of travel distance. With the time needed for the excursions and travel time it’s essentially your whole day.

Horseback excursion October 2025 - Reggie and the young lady that was with him were amazing. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Shout out to our driver, Adrian for getting us there and back safely. We’ll definitely book again.

Wonderful Experience - 10/10, will definitely do again and also recommend for others. Great Pricing, Nice Atmosphere, Spent more than enough time there and a small group for a great experience. Staff was 10/10, made me feel very comfortable.

This was an AWESOME half... - This was an AWESOME half day excursion. First of all, shout out to our private driver Jason who was an absolute angel! Treated us to fresh coconut water from a stand we drove by, because we had forgot to bring our cash with us. He took photos of us while horseback riding and while swimming at blue hole river and he also held onto our belongings while we were enjoying our activities. As for the activities themselves, we had so much fun at each place. Horseback riding along the beach and in the water was just beautiful and the guides were awesome about using our phones to take A TON of photos for us for free throughout the ride. Blue hole River was absolutely breathtaking and our guide was FANTASTIC, we didn’t wait behind a single person while climbing up the falls and jumping off the cliffs. He was also amazing about taking photos with our phones for us the entire time so we didn’t have to pay for a photo package. Truly an unforgettable day with the BEST possible people to help guide us through our Jamaican excursions.

Great trip - Driver was amazing! Rode horse for about 30-45 minutes guides there were very friendly. There was a wreck and it took us a bit longer to arrive at the horses but Adrian answered all questions and we were also able to see The countryside.

Great excursion but beware of the timings - Horse riding and blue river in “Montego Bay” The experiences on this excursion were excellent and the tour guides very attentive. The horse riding is easy and excellent for beginners. Blue river was exhilarating and slightly treacherous at times. Cruise travellers beware though, this is advertised as a 4hr excursion but it is not in Montego Bay as stated on our ticket, the drive time in excess of 90mins to get there and more importantly 2hrs 30mins to get back due to traffic. One other disappointing thing was the lack of refreshments, the Viator ticket states that Alcoholic Beverages are included, but were weren’t offered anything during our 8hr day.

0/10 - WOW is all I can say. If you’re a solo travelers DO NOT book with them! I booked this excursion a month ago and received a message from the company asking if I was coming alone and to give the address. I said yes and I did. They then proceeded to spam my phone that entire month with other excursions they offered so they wouldnt have to eat the cost of possibly having 1 booking. Understandable but why offer solo bookings if you actually don’t accommodate them? He then proceeds to call me the day before the excursion to tell me I didn’t give the address and I informed him it was in our initial messages. He then keeps pressuring me to book extra excursions and I reiterated again. He told me he can take me on a night life tour and I said no thank you as I do not party solo for safety reasons. He then says no problem and to send the address in the morning. A few hours later he cancelled my excursion and texted me this. I barely communicated with this man so I do not know why he felt it was appropriate to even say this to me. How unprofessional and inappropriate can one be? AND I have the receipts to prove everything so please do not in your possible reply. I found a much better company that was more than happy to take me solo. Have the day that you deserve and do better with how you treat and talk to people.
