Mossie's Tours is the only place you need to look for a private driver. - After interviewing 5 different private drivers, we hired Mossie for 2.5 days which included the Dingle Peninsula. Coming from the US we were a little apprehensive given the political climate here. Mossie made us feel welcome no matter where our political beliefs were. We packed a lot in and we could not have been happier. His van was very comfortable with plenty of room. Mossie is such a great historian and has deep roots in the Dingle area. He has a great sense of humor. Knowing that he has a musical and singing back ground we got him to sing an old Irish song. Mossie was well known and was liked where ever we stopped. We loved hearing all the stories he told about his life. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by Mossie. Thanks Mossie, from Chris, Jackie ,Phil, Sue.

Fantastic! - We wanted to enjoy Slea Head Drive around the Dingle Peninsula & not hassle it in our rental. Four of us did the private tour with Mossie and it was fantastic, one of the highlights of our vacation! He is so knowledgeable of Irish history and being a local we learned so much, it was like we were traveling with an Irish encyclopedia! We stopped at all the highlights on the Peninsula, it was so enjoyable not having to negotiate the driving, Mossie is so down to earth and so eager to share his knowledge, we just made a new friend in Ireland. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Best guides ever - We had the good fortune to have two half day tours, one with Helen and one with Mossie (as well as a drive to Connemara with Mossie). Both were delightful - flexible, accommodating, super-knowledgeable and fun. We learned and saw so much that we other use would have missed and also had the chance to get to spend time with two spectacular humans. Thank you Mossie and Helen - hope to see you another time!

I'm tempted to start having children just so I could make Mossie the godfather. - Mossie...Mossie is a treasure. My wife and I started our honeymoon in Killarney, and the original tour we meant to book was full up, so Mossie was recommended. Mossie came with a minivan and a warm smile. The boilerplate info is that Mossie is highly knowledgeable with the history, culture, and sights, and knew where to take a little extra time and where to pick up the pace to get the most out of the tour for us. He provided water and a comfortable environment. That's the tangible stuff. That's also the least of what Mossie gave us. He helped us take the most breathtaking pictures at the highest drivable point of the mountain. He got my wife to hold and feed a baby sheep. He found us a hidden bar with amazing fish and chips and the local IPA (he had coffee) while telling us why there was a picture of JFK on the wall. My wife has been struggling with Irish on Duolingo and Mossie helped her with the pronunciation, and taught her some...um... choice phrases to dispense at rude people. Riding with Mossie felt like being welcomed to your grandfather's farm. Also, Mossie's driving skill is something else. He could thread a needle with yarn from across the room, if his driving skills are any indication. The mountain passes are NOT for amateurs, especially if you are not familiar with driving on the left side of the road. Mossie showed us around and got us back safely and happily, and I was a little heartbroken to part ways. He's a great guy, and I feel lucky that my wife and I got to tour with him.
