Amboseli National Park and Return

Amboseli National Park - Rise early to witness the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro, as it blooms like a flower, breathing life into the Amboseli ecosystem. After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive until noon. You also have the option to visit a Maasai village, offering an immersive experience of Maasai culture, with opportunities to dance and jump along.

Observation Hill - On this day, visit Observation Hill, a cone-shaped hill located in the western part of the park. It is the only place where you can exit your vehicle and take a walk. The hill, of clear volcanic origin, was formed during Mount Kilimanjaro’s activity in the Pleistocene era. From the top, enjoy a 360-degree view of the park, showcasing its arid areas, marshlands, and lakes. On a clear day, the view of Mount Kilimanjaro to the south is breathtaking.

Visitors can also spot elands, waterbucks, Grant’s gazelles, warthogs, Coke’s hartebeests, zebras, and other grazing herbivores.

The park’s rich prey population supports predators such as lions, leopards, civets, wildcats, and other elusive hunters, along with scavengers like jackals and hyenas.
