We had a great time. They were so helpful and the price was great. We will use them again next time we are in Destin.
Great day, great service, very informative and friendly staff!
No complaints A+ service
After we returned the boat we had to wait for a call to be made to owner to confirm that damage on the boat was not from us. Otherwise, an excellent experience!
The only problem we had was with roaches and I assume it was because we were near the trash chute. Would be helpful if that area was sprayed every few days
Awesome company and we had an awesome captain!!! :)
Friendly and courteous staff, great location and adequate boats.
Would have been a 5 star but the stereo didn't work.. :(
I thought I was getting a new party barge. The one we received was banged up and radio did not work. everything else was great. Thanks
We checked the weather weeks in advance, and the day of. When we arrived the black clouds started moving in. The young man helping us ensured the storm was moving away from us (as the weather channel had predicted as well). We made our way to the Marina to pick up snacks (literally a two minute boat ride from where we picked up our pontoon boat at) and the rain started. It was light and then it was almost a tropical storm. Everyone was running off boats seeking cover. The rescue boats were driving around telling people to get off the water. So here we are for over an hour drenched, standing under the rook of a bait shop. Then the two gentlemen who work at the boat rental (one younger and one former Marine cannot remember name) came out of the shadows and evacuated our party of seven driving the boar back to the rental place. They were the sweetest generous men we had met in Florida! They said our safety was number one and they had to get us back. We asked them what happens now and they informed us they were going to call the owners. We were informed the owners stated we could wait out the rain storm (because that was really a smart and safe option) or we could get half our rental back. My husband was pretty upset considering we had been on the boat total time of 15 minutes. Then the gentlemen working there told us, we should not go back on the water it was not safe and he will return our full amount paid, except the deposit. We were perfectly fine with that arrangement. I cannot speak for the owners of the company, since we were in a dispute to get our money back, but i can speak for the gentlemen for the two gentlemen working that day, and by far they were the best employees and men our family encountered while in Florida.
we were supposed to get a paddle board with our rental and did not get it. Other than that the crew and the boat were great.
