Parking
Free onsite parking is available for our customers at 200 Harbor Blvd and behind Dewey Destin’s Harborside restaurant at 202 Harbor Blvd. Space is limited on busy days, so carpooling is recommended if possible. If you have paid for parking, you are not in the correct lot. Our parking is conveniently located next to the dock for easy loading and unloading.
Restrictions
● Pontoon boats are not permitted in the Gulf of Mexico & the East Pass. Rental equipment is to be used only in Choctawhatchee Bay, Santa Rosa Sound, and Inland Bayous & Waterways of Okaloosa County.
● Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.
● Individuals born on or after Jan. 1, 1988, can operate the boat but must take a Florida Boaters Test. Those born before Jan. 1, 1988, do not need this license. It is recommended to complete this in advance to avoid missing your departure time.
● The pontoon boat driver must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a credit card.
● During the rental, you will be responsible for captaining your own boat and must have the necessary experience and/or skill.
● Glass bottles or similar items are strictly prohibited on the boat.
● Silly string is prohibited.
● BBQ grills are prohibited.
● Towables are prohibited.
● Generators are prohibited.
Additional Information
● The driver must be proficient in English for instructions and communication with law enforcement.
● Customers are encouraged to bring towels, coolers with food & drinks, suntan lotion, water toys, and sunglasses.
● Complimentary life jackets are available for children under 6.
● All boats are equipped with U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets for everyone and any other required safety equipment.
● A map of the waterways is provided to assist those unfamiliar with the area.
● Pets are welcome on our vessels.
● If the weather is unsuitable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time or day. If customer needs cannot be met, a full refund will be issued.
● If you must return early due to weather or dangerous water conditions, the price may be prorated accordingly.
● Late fees may apply for late equipment returns. Please return on time, as there may be another appointment following yours. Departing later than your scheduled time will reduce your paid duration.
