This walking tour immerses you in the heart of the Bogside, where you can visit the site of the Bloody Sunday massacre and learn about significant events such as the Civil Rights Association, the Battle of the Bogside, Internment, The Free Derry Story, and the Peace Process. All our guides are locals who experienced the conflict firsthand. One of our guides was also a co-founder of the Bloody Sunday Justice Campaign, which led to the second Bloody Sunday Inquiry starting in 1998. Choosing this walking tour will not disappoint. You have the flexibility to select the time and date for your tour. Additionally, we offer a private car seating four passengers in case of inclement weather. The tour begins and ends outside the “Museum of Free Derry” in Glenfada Park in the Bogside.
