Please read these instructions carefully, as they will assist you upon arrival: Upon arrival, check your phone for your driver’s contact number. (*If you do not have a cell phone, refer to the instructions below.)

Head to baggage claim to collect all your luggage (5th floor). Once you have all your bags, proceed to the exit (5th floor). Immediately text or call your driver with the door number. It typically takes about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive from the holding area after receiving your door number. If you are on the east side of the terminal, exit through doors 507 or 511. If you are on the west side, exit through doors 506 or 510. After exiting, cross the first street. On the first island, you will find a booth with a “LIMO” sign. Your driver will meet you there.

• If you do not have a phone to contact us: inform the airport personnel at the limo booth that our company is handling the pickup. The booth attendant will call dispatch, and your driver will arrive within five minutes. When arriving for pickup, ensure all members of your party and their luggage are present. We cannot wait for latecomers as this will cause further delays.
