• Tattered Cover Book Store - The former location of the Tattered Cover bookstore, before its closure, is a stop on our outdoor walk. Remnants of the past linger, and we’ll reveal a part of history that many locals have forgotten.
• A5 Steakhouse - During our outdoor walk, we pause at the A5 Steakhouse, situated in the former renowned Wazzee Supper Club. This building played a pivotal role in making LoDo a popular area of Denver. It features tunnel connections and holds a special place in Denver’s history.
• Sugar Building - As we stroll through the streets of Denver, we stop by several buildings to share their history and what may still linger. The Sugar Building was crucial in the development of Denver and the surrounding cities.
• The Oxford Hotel - A favorite stop on the tour, we take you inside one of Denver’s first luxury hotels and unveil its haunted past.
• Lincolns Denver - If time allows, we visit this hidden speakeasy bar located in the Ice House building. We stop by and take a peek to see what we can discover.

• Thank you so much for your booking, we are so excited to take you out on Denver’s best Ghost Tour. Please meet in front of Union Station 1701 Wynkoop St. Denver, CO 80202 underneath the Flagpole 15 minutes prior to your tour start time. If you do park downtown we recommend to park in the garages and lots in the area. With check-in time and the tour time it is usually longer than 2 hours and the meters on the street only last two hours and we don’t want anyone getting a ticket. **Wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothes. We will go out in rain so bring an umbrella if necessary. We will cancel the tour for severe weather.
• Every tour is unique and different. We don’t always go to the same locations and route indicated. Sometimes events at buildings will limit our access or things going on downtown. We will always try to take you inside a location but it’s not always gauranted.
