This is a wonderfully thorough tour, and I loved all of the stories, anecdotes, and photos throughout. Definitely worth it!

Fun tour with interesting history. Sheila encouraged taking pictures, and several folks got some interesting things on their cameras. Even if you don't believe in the paranormal it is worth going for the history and architecture.

Sheila made the entire experience so fun, educational and spooky! My husband and I learned about the history of many of the houses and neighborhoods we visited (which were beautiful and spooky at night). It made the tour that much more interesting knowing the background and why there are so many paranormal happenings at the houses we visited. Make sure to take pictures of every house even if you can't sense or see anything at the time of the tour. My husband and I couldn't wait to get back to the hotel and look at our pictures. We were not disappointed! We saw so many faces in several of our pictures, it was wild! There was never a dull moment. Sheila is so good at what she does and right up the very last moment before the tour ended, it remained fun and super spooky! I would HIGHLY recommend this tour!!

We booked a tour for 25 for our entire company when visiting Denver for a conference. It was such a unique way to explore the city! Sheila and her team were very accommodating and flexible, and the tour itself was engaging, spooky, and so fun! We wholeheartedly recommend this experience! :)
