Stu was great tour guide - offered a lot of history about Denver I hadn't heard before. Kudos!
The Segways were great. The guide was great. However, the guide included 30 minutes of prep time into our ride. So, we were only out for an hour. Out daughter said it went by too fast. Otherwise, highly recommend it. A great experience!!!
The tour is fun. The tour guide is very nice and he is very informative. We all like him. The only problem is no clear direction where to meet when I booked the tour online. The zipcode shows online is incorrect. There isn't a store then on the website should have directed customer to meet in front of the restaurant. I called the number provided on my confirmation email for direction to the location that the tour should meet and he said he doesn't even know because there wasn't a actual store. He needed to ask someone else to get me the direction. He wasn't sound nice on the phone either.
He was a nice guide but what he showed us was limited to sports stadiums, for the most part. And we were a small group. He could have asked us what we were interested in seeing. I could care less about sports.
Would like to have heard more about the city's history.
The guide was very motivated to deliver an experience unique to the clients. My entire family enjoyed the tour.
Fun trip! Friendly and knowledgeable guide (thanks Chris). A really nice way to get a feel for Denver.
Had a blast on the Segways and enjoyed the sights and chosen route. Felt a bit let down in the history-telling of Denver. I knew/remembered little about its history before and now know only just a bit more given in a fairly unimaginative manner. I've been on plenty of walking tours throughout US and Europe and the best are those who deliver history with enthusiasm, knowledge, using stories to paint the history and tie the various parts of tour sights together. I think that with more experience storytelling to make the history feel alive and more memorable, the tour could truly stand out above all others in the Denver area.
The guide was a half hour late otherwise it was very good!
Loved the trip and the guides Matt, Tyler and Boone were great. Would have liked better communication. You sent us an email saying we had booked it, but it was not yet confirmed and we would get another email later. It was a lot to read, so I just blew it off because I figured it had something to do with making sure payment would go through. I called 5 days later. Your phone answers and just goes silent; not very professional. Somehow you called me back and informed me that our trip was not full and may not fill up although people tend to sign up late. We didn't find out until the day before that we would have a trip. Hard to make plans that way. We were nervous to put our lives in the hands of people who did not seem to value them as much as we do. Your guides saved the day, but I would hope that you would fix this issue. I hope to bring my kids next year and want to be treated with respect.
I had taken the tour before and we saw more of Denver, I thought this would have been a great way for my out of town guests to see highlights of Denver. Last tour, we went by the art museum, Pepsi Center, the Capital and the performing arts center in addition to Coors Field, lovers lock bridge and confluence park. I would have rather have passed on ice cream and seen more of Denver for my guests. It's always fun to ride Segways and our guides were fun. Maybe I had high expectations from the previous tour.
Tour started 30 min late. No advanced notice. Oerall was good however. Tour guide was friendly and informative.
Some members of the group felt that their lives were in danger and felt they could have used more training
Riding on the Segway was fun (though mine was out of alignment and another ran out of battery) and being in the downtown area is cool. The training for the segway was less than adequate and the actual information given on the tour wasn't that great.
John was awesome! High energy, very knowledgeable, good instructor and just lots of fun overall! We had a
