  Tours are not available during Nyepi and the days before and after.
• Temple Rules:
  ・Dress Code: Please cover your shoulders and knees to enter temples.
  ・Notice: For religious reasons, women during their menstrual period are not allowed to enter the temple.
• About Physical Fitness:
  ・Steep Stairs: Waterfall and canyon tours involve many steep stairs.
  ・Caution: If you have leg or back problems, or if you are not feeling well, please be very careful.
• Extra Charge (Late Night / Early Morning / Long Distance):
  ・An additional Rp. 250,000 per car is required for:
  ・Service between 23:00 and 08:00.
  ・Long-distance travel.
• Changes & Refunds:
  The tour route or attractions may change suddenly due to bad weather, religious events, or natural disasters (heavy rain, etc.). Please note that no refunds will be given in these cases.
• Traffic Notice:
  Heavy traffic is very common in Bali. Because of this, travel times and return times may be delayed.
• For Departure Day Bookings:
  We are not responsible if you miss your flight due to traffic delays. If you book this tour on your departure day, please make sure you have plenty of extra time.
• Overtime Fee (Extension):
  If the tour exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of Rp. 130,000 per car / per hour will apply.
• Recommended Items:
  We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing drinks and insect repellent. If you visit a waterfall, please also bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag.
• Passenger Capacity:
  ・No luggage: Max 7 people
  ・With suitcases: Max 4 people
• Large Items:
  Please inform us in advance if you have large items such as golf bags or wheelchairs.
• Valuables & Belongings:
  Please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for any loss or theft inside the vehicle.
