Great day from Port of Benoa - Great day exploring Bali from Benoa cruise port. Our driver picked us up promptly at 10am and we enjoyed a great day. Adi was our driver and he was so friendly and explained in detail all the places we visited. We enjoyed the coffee & tea tasting site and got to sample many different coffees. We seemed to cover so much in the day, stopping at all the places advertised, stopped for lunch at the rice paddocks, visited the Waterfall and a Temple. I would highly recommend Adi as he was a wonderfull carefull driver with a wealth of information.

Great start to Bali holiday - We highly recommend this private tour from Benoa Port, and our wonderful driver ADI. Our busy day included visits to a number of interesting and picturesque stops including batik, silver , temple, rice terraces, coffee and tea tasting. At each stop we were well informed by ADI and he allowed us sufficient time to enjoy the experience, without feeling rushed, as we have on some guided tours. ADI was at all times helpful and courteous, and safely and confidently drove us to all the locations we wished to visit. We would not hesitate to book ADI again to enjoy further sightseeing and experiences during our stay in Bali.

Best day in Bali so far! - We had the most wonderful day with Kadek! He drove us so safely to see all of the amazing places in the itinerary. The monkeys were adorable; the rice paddy terraces were beautifully tranquil; and the view and food at Mount Batur were divine. At OKA Agriculture, we were given a huge selection of coffees and teas to taste, all of which were delightful. Finally we finished the day at the waterfall which was such a refreshing end! Terima kasih Kadek! What a great day!

Ubud hot springs tour - We had a really exciting day visiting a lot of different places such as a place, where clothes are getting imprinted, a jewellery fabric and a beautiful waterfall. The highlight of the tour was lunch with an amazing view on the vulcano and the lake followed by a relaxing bath in the hot springs. Our driver, Jak, was really friendly and knew a lot of side informations about things we saw and visited during the tour.

Enjoyable private tour - We were unimpressed by the tours offered by our cruise - and the prices they charged - so opted for a Viator offering instead. Adi, our driver & guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were last in Bali 24 years ago, and it has been developed a lot more, with Ubud being much more built-up than we remembered, and with some heavy road traffic. We enjoyed the tour, which focused on Balinese crafts. First, a batik workshop (& shop), then a silversmith (& shop), then a wood carving emporium (& shop). We spent some time around a temple complex, then the coffee and tea place (& shop), which was fun - tasting around a dozen different teas & coffees, some of which were surprisingly good. The rice terraces were in quite an urban area, but were pleasant enough, and we had a nice lunch in the adjacent restaurant. The waterfall visit was spoiled by heavy rain; it would have been better to have done this first. Overall, a pleasant visit to an island that is far, far busier than when we last visited. Adi was a great guide.but we felt it would have been better to have had more of a balance between culture/landscape and the retail opportunities

Poor Misleading Experience - The tour guide was punctual and friendly at first. Unfortunately whilst I was expecting a good visit of the rice fields with included entrance fees. The tour guide (driver) had other plans: stop at a bracelet factory then taste coffee/tea. Both took 2 hours out of a half day tour. When I did not purchase any items the driver’s attitude changed. The driver insisted we had to go to the swing to see the rice fields. This was priced more than the entire visit. Despite telling the driver I did not want to go on the swings he drove me to that place and I had to negotiate going to the normal rice fields at a different location (entrance not included). When we got to the rice field, I was allowed only 5 minutes on site before the driver told me we had to leave. Whilst driving I asked the driver stop at a better vantage point, to which he commented it would be too expensive for me. I was then driven to a temple where I had to pay the entrance fee again. The ´guidé provided no explanations and just sat down far away whilst I walked around. The guide was unable to provide basic information about any of the sites we visited nor basic facts about the country (the independence date was 60 years off). Whilst the driver wasn’t mean and took care driving, he was no guide and the visit was worthless. I wish I had just taken a taxi.
