This water temple complex plays a vital role in serving the surrounding outflow area; downstream, smaller water temples cater to each subak, Bali’s UNESCO World Heritage–listed irrigation system.

Tanah Lot Temple - The final stop is Tanah Lot Temple, famous for its position on a rocky outcrop offering excellent photo opportunities and one of Bali’s best sunset views. As the sun sets over the ocean, reflect on the temple’s significance. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel for drop-off.

Banyumala Twin Waterfalls - Banyumala Waterfalls feature four waterfalls in the area. The path is beautifully lined with tropical flowers, plants, and banana trees as you descend into the forest.

Lempuyang Temple - 1. The renowned gate of heaven is the split gate of Pura Penataran Agung at the foot of Mount Lempuyang, with a scenic view of Mt. Agung as the backdrop. 2. Tirta Gangga Palace, celebrated as the most beautiful former royal water palace with ponds, fountains, and gardens. Built in 1948, it holds cultural significance for Hindu Balinese (Tirta Gangga means “water from the Ganges”). 3. Cepung Waterfalls, known as the most stunning hidden waterfalls, with light shining through the tree gaps. A 20-minute walk through the canyon leads into the cave, where you can walk along the rocks and enjoy the spectacular sight and the very clean, cold water. Next, visit Kehen Temple, a beautiful Hindu temple in the foothills of southern Bangli Regency. Inside, see the Panyimpenan temple building with three inscriptions about the temple’s contents and existence.
