Our driver was a great host! :) - Our driver Ketut Putra took us on the half day tour. He was very friendly, nice conversations and very accommodating. He explained the tour to us very clearly and offered advice. Car was clean and comfortable, and he safely got us back to the villa on a night of a lot of rain. The dap spa was relaxing experience.

Great Driver - Ketut Putra was excellent. He arrived at our villa well before the pick-up time and let us know he would be waiting at the front whenever we were ready. He also kindly added an additional stop between planned tours, as requested. Ketut is very polite and a safe driver.

Blissful pamper afternoon, perfect sunset plus a seafood dinner - great experience and value! - Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful! My mum, daughter, and I enjoyed every moment of our 2-hour spa session. The therapists were kind, attentive, and gave us the most relaxing Balinese massage and body scrub. The flower bath at the end was the perfect touch to complete a blissful afternoon.
After the spa, we made it to the beach just in time to catch a breathtaking sunset, followed by a delicious seafood dinner. But the true highlight of our day was meeting our driver, Wayan. His warmth, friendliness, and genuine nature made a lasting impression. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him and hearing his lively stories about Balinese culture and his family. Wayan truly made our day extra special.

Great experience excellent driver and tour - Overall very satisfied with my booking! Driver Nyoman Parwata picked me up from my hotel (they will email/whatsapp to communicate pick up location) then took me to the spa for 2 hour massage and scrub/bath. Spa was really relaxing and the massage was on point! The staff are all very friendly too. Thanks to the driver for waiting, then he took me for the seafood dinner and explained everything very well. Overall everything was very punctual, smooth and above expectations! Beautiful view while you enjoy yummy dinner. Highly recommend booking this for a great experience :) Great driver 👍

Spa Day & Beachside Seafood Dinner - I booked this combo tour (spa and beachside seafood dinner) with Bali Full Day Tour. Our driver was Wayan. He took very good care of us for our day and evening tour. He waited for us while we had our amazing spa at Orchid Spa. I went with my husband and they gave us the couple's room. We had a thorough 2 hour body massage. The last few minutes of the body massage ended with a very soothing body scrub. Afterwards, we stepped outside our rooms to small, private patio that had a gigantic soaking tour filled with flower petals and an outdoor shower. The entire experience was simply amazing. Both of our masseuse were amazing and very sweet.
After our massages, Wayan took us over by the beach to end the night with a seafood dinner. The beach was lively and bustling with music. Every few minutes you got to enjoy a traditional Indonesian dance performance.
Everything was amazing. We would definitely book again with this company whenever we return back to Bali!

Loved it! 😍 - We booked this experience looking to relax. Our driver Ketut Petra was so prompt in picking us up! He brought us to the most beautiful spa! The staff are all so kind and accommodating. The experience was utterly relaxing and I would recommend anyone who is wanting to pamper themselves to come here!
Ketut then picked us up and drove us to spectacular location, where we had a seafood dinner on the beach. He was such a wonderful driver. He was clear with his instructions, guided us around and ensured we had the best evening. When dropping us home, he made sure we were satisfied with our evening! Ketut is very kind, well spoken and I enjoyed our little tour of Bali, with him. Thank you!

Mixed experience - The spa experience was absolutely amazing, and the team should be highly commended for their exceptional service, massage, and treatments provided.
Unfortunately, the partnered dinner at Jimbaran Seafood Restaurant was quite disappointing — the food was average and the customer service below expectations, which felt uncharacteristic for Bali.
On a positive note, our driver Wayan was fantastic, professional, friendly, and reliable — and I would highly recommend him for any day trips if you’re looking for a great driver.

Not Worth the Money - Okay, so I know it's the luck of the draw with which therapist you get, but my wife's experience was unfortunately wasn't great. My wife's therapist fell asleep while massaging her and left the room for 15 minutes without making up the time. My therapist, on the other hand, was more attentive, but unfortunately, when she took off my body scrub, thought it was a good idea to clean her gloves over my body, which caused all the dirty body scrub to fall back on my body.
The dinner portion was okay. The food was good, but the prices for extras are definitely inflated, even by Bali standards. There was live music, and even though they were not the greatest musicians, out of time and pitch, it was still entertaining. For me, this place falls into the bucket of places you'll go to once but will not come back to.
Our driver, on the other hand, was incredible and was so attentive to all our needs upon request. Ketut drove incredibly safe on these crazy roads.
