Cloud 9, a family-operated venture, is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and creativity. It offers a relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance, featuring a delightful sun deck, numerous day beds, and a high-quality surround sound system throughout. The trip includes complimentary hotel transfers from resorts in the Nadi and Denarau areas. Transfers from Coral Coast, Vuda, and Lautoka can be arranged for an additional fee of FJD20, payable by card on the day.
IMPORTANT: Due to the pandemic, snorkel masks and mouthpieces are not available for rent. Guests are advised to bring their own.
NOTE: The 1:00 PM departure will only proceed if at least 25 guests have booked.
Guests staying on outer islands such as Plantation, Malolo, Musket, Matamanoa, Mana, Castaway, Treasure, and others can arrange transfers to CLOUD 9 through their resort’s water-sports activities team.

- Snorkeling gear: we have 30 sets available for rental; guests are allowed to get their own

- Please contact our sales team for any other water sports activities like parasailing, jetski and other rides which needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability (source - external suppliers)
- 01:00 PM departure from port Denarau is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
- Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Port Denarau Marina Nadi, guests are to meet at the check-in counter at 08:50AM unless informed differently by our team who will escort you to the vessel for departure. Guests are to follow our team to the hotel pick up area unless they wish to not utilize the transfers then guests may go own way

Fun party, unlike anything I’ve done before! - Absolutely fun, high energy yet somewhat relaxing experience!!
You get picked up, you are taken to Denarau Marina, you get a voucher of $60 FJD per person, you get on a boat. Up till now, you are not explained anything. 20min into the boat ride, you get a safety briefing and itinerary overview that you cannot hear lol. That’s the vibe- come here, have fun, don’t worry- everything will be alright!
You get to the floating island: snatch a day bed as soon as you can. Snorkel gear does not come with a breathing apparatus FYI, I recommend bringing your own and perhaps also inflatable tubes.
Brick oven pizza that is delicious, Vegas pool style cocktails in the middle of no where. Not a care in this world and you totally unplug!!
This is cashless, there were no tip jars. It was pretty much impossible to tip because they all jumped in to help you, you didn’t get one guy that kept coming after you because you tipped him.
We had a great time, it was such a memorable experience and captured a vibe that we never experienced before. Boat ride back, everyone was dancing and singing.

Very fun day out - Great day out. Good bar and lots of fun snorkelling and jumping into the water. Boat is about an hr but nice scenery.

Best Fiji trip ever ! - One of the best experiences I had in Fiji. Food was amazing, crew were the loveliest people ever and the experience was just out of this world. It was not packed and as a solo traveller I met so many lovely people and everyone was just so enthusiastic. The price was more than reasonable for this experience and just honestly the crew made this day amazing.

Another awesome day at Cloud9! - Spent our last day here, perfect end to an awesome holiday! Met loads of fabulous people & had an absolute ball. Not the place for a quite relaxing day out, you’ve got to join the party to make the most of it & we picked the right crowd on the right day!

Basically a Party Boat - This was such a fun experience! The floating platform and bar was great to swim around, but just be aware it is quite far from the island, so it is exposed to the elements and not very protected from the wind. Other than that, it is definitely more of a party-style experience, basically a party boat, so go in expecting that vibe. Still, was a lot of fun and we got to meet so many people.

Party boat. Not for the shy or those seeking quiet. - Great chance to meet people from around the world. Lots of young people drinking and dancing. No one really stayed quiet. The pizza was good and the service great. The crew on the ride out and back were fantastic too. There wasn’t anything to see when I went snorkeling.

Disappointed BUT!!! - Disappointed but let me tell you why;
Pros- great staff, great food- good cold drinks - stunning views
Cons, no snorkeling equipment as advertised- they apparently forgot them, music way way too loud- difficult ordering a drink because of it. Very very young crowd- think of spring break in uni!! And if you go for the snorkeling, and lovely gentle environment this is not for you. If you are over 40( and that is pushing it) it is not for you.

Why they really call it ‘cloud 9’ - Be cautious of deck hands on the transfer boat out there selling bags of cocaine for $800 FJD - you may be into that sort of thing, but our group wasn’t. Some of the other guests that did partake became particularly obnoxious and offensive, which wasn’t ideal for the hour long boat ride with no escaping them while they were manic and high out of their minds. Otherwise, it was a beautiful location and certainly worth seeing, but just be cautious that you may get more than you bargained for. If you’re in to that sort of thing, perhaps it will enhance your experience, if not, maybe consider other options. The company won’t provide a refund either.
