Ziplines and Suspension Bridges that don't disappoint in the beautiful Alaska wilderness! - I love ziplines and try to find ones when I travel. This years adventure in Alaska I had the opportunity to experience the Denali Park Zipline Adventure in Denali near Healy Alaska and had a fantastic experience. I was picked up at the Holland America Lodge near the entrance to Denali National Park and then was taken toward Healy which is around 10 miles away. That is where the Zipline adventure is located. A cool added bonus I didn't know about until I got there is that we got to go on side by side ATV's through the woods for about a 20 minute ride to get to the actual zipline after we had gotten out of their van. When we boarded the ATV's we met our guides Lena and Tate. They both had great personalities and made the experience a lot of fun while still being very safety conscious (which is important to me since I am afraid of heights yet enjoy ziplines and para sailing). We were briefed on what to expect and how the tour would operate. We zipped on a total of 7 zip lines and navigated six suspension bridges. The suspension bridges meant that getting from one tower to the next was an adventure in itself. Of course one of the main attractions of this tour is the beautiful Alaska countryside and it did not disappoint. If you love zip lining or just adventure in general this is a great outing for solo travelers like myself and also families. Just do it!!

Fun - Great zipline. But it is an obstacle course. Kyle and Zack were amazing. Need some endurance for the climbing.

Awesome Ziplines/Suspension Bridges - If you are looking for an exciting Adventure, sign up for this incredible zip line tour. In addition to zipping down 7 separate zip lines, you are also challenged by crossing multiple suspension bridges, some of which have significant inclines at the end. You do need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights. But the staff do a fabulous job of explaining everything and making sure everyone is completely safe for each stage of the course. And make it all very fun! Highly recommended!

Safe thrill - I was a bit apprehensive as heights bother me. The operators, Ezra and John, were thoroughly professional, very safety conscious, and I felt safe the whole time. Seven zip lines, the longest about 620 feet, six suspension bridges, some ladders. What a thrill; I would certainly do this again !

Great for first timers. - Fantastic time, had some first timers that were very nervous. Our guides were so safety conscious it put them at easy. After the first zipline, they relaxed and had a blast. Ages 62 to 76, highly recommend this excursion.

Safety First? Not really - My wife and I booked an excursion during day 4 of the land portion of our Alaska vacation with Denali Park ZipLine for August 26, 2025. The day before we went to Denali, I checked the weather and there was a wind advisory from the national weather service forecasting 30-40 mph winds with gusts up to 65 mph for the next two days. Riding down to Denali in the Princess Coach, the driver said he was challenged by the wind as we approached the resort. I contacted Denali Park ZipLine and spoke to the manager Kelsey and expressed my concern. Even though their website stated “Safety First” and that winds of 30 mph was their limit to cancel excursions, Kelsey stated that their experienced staff could handle the conditions. I told Kelsey that I did not feel safe having my 72 year old wife and I participate. She did state that I could reschedule, but the only other day that we would be in the area would be the second day of the wind advisory. I believe that Kelsey should have canceled both days of the ZipLine for the safety of the patrons but I guess it’s “Profits First”, not “Safety First”!
