Wonderful addition to our trip - The audio tour was a great addition to our trip around Death Valley. It gave us a list of places to visit that we wouldn’t have done on our own. The history of the people in the valley was all new to us. The app was easy to download and it was great that the GPS on the phone triggered the right item to play as we didn’t follow the tour map as we spread things out over several days. The driving directions were clear and were given far enough in advance that we had no problem making sure we were in the right lane and headed to the right place. The music, the movie references and relaxed narration style made listening fun.

Shaka Guide is great! - The self-paced audio guide app from ShakaGuide.com is dynamite! It tells you where to go, how to get there, what you're looking at and why. There's some tour guide-esque chatter to fill in some history, background, and context. And there's music too!. Although it doesn't integrate well with Android Auto, I found that not to be a problem. I was still able to enjoy the guide over my car speakers, and have my phone handy if needed. It's a great way to tour, and so well worth the low cost.

Fun Informative Narrative of Death Valley - The Guide worked well once we figured out how to use it. The download went well beforehand and we enjoyed the commentary along the way. The music is sometimes a bit weird but still fun overall. We were impressed that the narrative keyed into our GPS location. We would highly recommend using a guide to explain the different things you are seeing while driving.

Death Valley audio tour - great experience. So much to see there and the audio tour really helped to walk us through all the main parts of death valley. It was helpful, especially since there is no cellular service there.

Great tour app for Death Valley. - The tour works without any cell service or WiFi. Just make sure you download it beforehand. You can start anywhere you like and it’ll pick up your location automatically. It’s a Amazing how it does that. Very good narration of the sites including warnings about upcoming roads and curves. I only wish it had more information about the sites while you are there. They could just keep going. I had it playing in the car while driving and then Switched to Shokz headphones while walking. I bought an Airfly adapter from Amazon that allows two headsets to play over Bluetooth. That worked out great. Some of the music background that they played was good too. Very positive experience.

Great addition to the trip. - Enjoyed the guided tour. Worked well on the trip. I could not find the restrooms at Dantes View. Not sure what happened to them. We enjoyed the Beehive Kilns, even if the audio guide was warning against going. Be careful driving out to the kilns. Lots of donkey poop and a couple of donkeys along the way.

No Audio - I started the tour when we got into the park, the audio would not work and I kept losing internet connection as we were going along.
