The tour was amazing. The history was very interesting. I wish we could have gone into some rooms and done more exploring of the hotel, and been able to go inside of the Oriental Theatre.
Our tour guide did an excellent job of strong knowledge of Chicago history, plus great story-telling ability to fully engage the participants in the haunted nature of the tour! Great job!
2 and 1/2 hours is too long, also not enough ghost stuff versus actual history lesson. Would add stop in an actual haunted building if possible and actually look for ghosts.
