Amazing Chefchaouen Experience with Great Guide - We had a fantastic full-day trip from Rabat to the wonderful city of Chefchaouen with our family of five. The Mercedes van was very comfortable, and our driver Moussa was professional and friendly. Guide Brahim was knowledgeable and engaging. Chefchaouen is beautiful, but be prepared—it requires some athletic effort with its many slopes. Highly recommended experience!

Exceeded Expectations. A favorite highlight of our trip to Morocco. - Our 2 week tour of Morocco had a last minute change which provided us with an extra day in Rabat with no plans and this day trip to Chefchaouen was the PERFECT alternative. The service communicated logistic clearly and answered our questions. The car and driver were exceptional and timely and our guide in the city gave us so very informative and friendly and keep out time and diet limitations in mind. Easily one of the best part of our trip to Morocco. Highly, highly recommended.

Wonderful Time! Highly recommend! - Driver Hamza was superb at navigating challenging roads and was very accommodating making stops and taking photos for us. Tour guide Abraham was also friendly and excellent sharing historic information about the city and helping us shop for gifts, a delicious and scenic place for lunch, etc.

A must - This was the perfect trip! Chefchaouen is an absolute must-see if you’re visiting Morocco—it’s breathtakingly picturesque. The drive is quite long; you leave Rabat at 7:30 AM and return around 9 PM. But it’s so worth it! I highly recommend Hamza as your driver. I usually get carsick, but this was the first time I didn’t—he’s an excellent driver. Plus, the guide we had was phenomenal!

Blue City Memories - We had a wonderful day traveling from Rabat to Chefchaouen and back. A full 12 hour day with lots of education on Morocco and beauty of the Blue City. Thank you Brahim and Youness for your hospitality!

Trip to the Blue City - We had an excellent driver for the four hour drive from Rabat to Chefhaouen despite heavy morning fog, mountainous roads and numerous slow trucks and farm equipment. Our driver was polite but had limited English; our guide in the Blue City was Hossain, who was multilingual and quite spry. The Blue City is certainly picturesque and definitely worth a visit. The town has many steps but few handrails. I only wish that Chefhaouen had been included in our tour group’s itinerary.

Our trip to the Blue City - Our driver, Rasheed ,was very pleasant and prompt but has limited English; he was an excellent driver despite dense morning fog, mountainous roads and numerous slow trucks and farm vehicles. The trip from Rabat was about four hours each way but the car was very comfortable. We were met in the Blue City by our local guide, Hossain who is multilingual and very spry. The town is very charming but has many stairs but few handrails. We would definitely recommend a trip to Chefchaouen and only regret that this tour was not included as part of our Morocco package.

Disappointing tour - The rating reflects the mismatch between expectations and what actually happened in Chefchaouen primarily due to Guide Abdul. My understanding was that the tour was designed for four hours travel time to Chefchaouen from Rabat, 3.5 to 4 hours guided tour in Chefchaouen (which included 40 mins free time) and four hours travel time back to Rabat. The ride to Chefchaouen and back was smooth. The car arrived in time for hotel pick up, was well air-conditioned, with one stop each way for a bathroom break. The only recommendation I have is to provide more water in the car. When we reached Chefchaouen , we had to wait a few minutes for Guide Abdul to show up. He was kind enough to provide a bottle of water since the one small bottle in the car was finished. He then did a fairly good job showing me around for about 50 minutes which included taking pictures at popular social media locations. However, once we reached the main square, Guide Abdul told me that I should hang around there for an hour on my own, after which he would come back and do the second leg of the tour for an hour after which I would have one more hour free time before driving back to Rabat. When I told him that I wanted to finish the whole tour in one go and did not want to hang around on my own in the square, Guide Abdul told me that he had another client so I had to be on my own for an hour. At that point, I texted Khalid the vendor who fortunately was very responsive and told Guide Abdul to finish my tour. After that, Guide Abdul took me around for about 40 minutes, but was quite disengaged texting most of the time and walking fast and not waiting for me to catch up. Also, at one point when I wanted to use the toilet, he pointed me to the public toilet. It was only when I told him that was not acceptable due to cleanliness that he took me to a clean toilet. This was my first day in Morocco and I feel very sad that my trip was so disappointing specially after paying premium pricing

Ride disastrous, leadership supet - The ride was far too fast and risk-taking. Overtaking in corners, in heavy fog and driving at way too excessive a speed. The city tour, on the other hand, was great.
