These delightful treats are crafted with respect for tradition, using ricotta made from sheep’s milk, coarsely processed and enhanced with dark chocolate chips and a touch of sugar. The fried shell is exceptionally thin and narrow, perfect for holding a generous amount of ricotta at the ends.
