A very informative tour that had great story telling. Jonathan gave a good back story on the history of New Orleans, showed some interesting places and architecture that everyone visiting should see.

Our air travel was cancelled out of Richmond to New Orleans. I gave the tour operator advance notice of our situation. We were unable to get onto any flights into New Orleans and had to cancel our whole trip due to snow in Virginia. I emailed asking about the cancellation policy and what our options were, if any as no information is posted on the website about this. Jonathan responded after a few days and said he would refund the tour price. So far, I've seen no such refund. I will update this review if that changes.

Jonathan! I can't thank you enough for the exceptional tour. I'm a Canadian from Vancouver Island who rarely goes on any sort of organized tour when travelling, but you made it fun, informative and dramatic. Your story telling skill and depth of knowledge is incomparable. Anyone who visits New Orleans should take one of your tours on their first day. It provides the newcomer with some perspective on the town and its history which changed my perception of everything. Thanks again, and I wish you well in all your future endeavors.
