Basilique Notre Dame d’Afrique - After breakfast, meet your guide in the hotel’s lobby at 9:00 AM.

Visit the stunning 125-meter-tall Church of Notre Dame d’Afrique, which offers breathtaking views and features exquisite interior design and fine ecclesiastical architecture.

Casbah - Next, explore the historic 10th-century city known as the Casbah, or “The Citadel.” Walk through its narrow, cobbled streets and discover complex houses, palaces, and mosques from the Ottoman period.

Ketchaoua Mosque - Visit the well-preserved 17th-century Ketchaoua Mosque, one of the most significant Ottoman mosques in the lower Casbah.

Alger Centre - Head downtown to Martyr’s Square, where you can see a large modern mosque in vivid yellow and an ex-colonial church.

The Palais des Rais - Bastion 23 - Discover the historical Bastion 23 palace, a prestigious monument located by the sea. Explore its three palaces (17, 18, and 23) and enjoy roaming through its secret rooms.

Alger Centre - After lunch, walk past the Fishermen’s Mosque and along the seafront, reminiscent of the port of Marseille with its colorful small vessels and beautiful European buildings. Continue exploring the downtown area, featuring grand French colonial whitewashed buildings and various districts.

Place de la Grande Poste - Pass by the Grand Poste office, a colossal building and a fine example of early 20th-century French-designed Moorish architecture.

Le Jardin d’Essai du Hamma - Escape the busy downtown and relax at the Botanical Garden of El Hamma, a large garden dedicated to preserving a wide range of plants, gigantic trees, and featuring fountains and lawns.

Alger Centre - Visit the 92-meter-tall Monument to the Martyrs, a landmark situated on a hill overlooking the city. Capture great shots from various vantage points. Then, transfer to your hotel.

Algiers International Airport Houari Boumediene - Fly to Constantine at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM.

Palais d’Ahmed Bey - After breakfast, meet your guide in the hotel’s lobby at 9:00 AM.

Start your visit at the museum and the finest Ottoman structure, the Palace of Ahmed Bey. Discover its courtyards, beautiful gardens, colorful tiles, and awe-inspiring motifs and mosaics.

Pont Sidi M’Cid - Walk through the alleyways of the Casbah and along the Boulevard of the Abyss, enjoying scenic views of the landscapes through the gorges. Reach the iconic 175-meter-high suspension bridge of Sidi M’Cid, which connects the city to the hill.

Constantine - After crossing the suspension bridge, climb the staircases to the Monument to the Dead, a memorial shaped like a triumphal arch topped by a statue of the winged victory, commemorating World War I victims.

Mellah Slimane Footbridge - After lunch, walk across the vertigo-inducing Mellah Slimane footbridge, offering superb views of the mountainous scenery, hanging houses, and deep ravine. From the footbridge, see the old Bab El Kantara Bridge and the majestic Sidi Rached Viaduct.

La Medina - Climb the staircases or take the elevator after crossing the footbridge. Continue along the busy rue of Larbi Ben M’Hidi to see the Great Mosque of the 11th century from the outside. Explore the cobbled alleyways of Souika or the Medina, discovering small marketplaces dating back to the 16th century, the meat section, and houses from the Fatimid period.

Musee National Cirta - After exploring the labyrinth of Souika, head to the National Museum of Cirta. Discover relics from prehistory, the Roman era, the Punic era, and the Islamic and French periods, all arranged on the ground floor and upper floor, excluding the garden.

Emir Abdelkader Mosque - Take the tramway from the main center terminal to the Emir Abdelkader Mosque, an impressive landmark of Constantine. Explore its beautiful Islamic architecture and lavish decoration.

Return to your hotel.
