Tour with Myka - Myka was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide and I loved learning spooky stories about the city I live in! She made the tour very captivating and entertaining while also being organized. I would recommend going on a tour with her if you can!

I had a great time on... - I had a great time on this tour with Jake and the other guests! I only had one day to explore Dallas, and this tour hit the spot. I love hearing about spooky local history in cities that I visit. Also, as a solo traveller, this is a great way to meet fun people to spend the evening with.

On the fence - We took clients and it was not a bad experience at all; just kind of too long and too much talking with really not enough of ghost experience outside of stories told. The guide did an amazing job though!

Guide was fun, tour was okay - Our guide was charming, welcoming, & funny. We laughed a lot and heard interesting stories! Giving only three stars because the reasons listed below. The tour started super late. We were told to arrive at 6:50 and didn’t even leave the first location until 7:50. While the ghost stories were spooky, the historical side of them was incorrect; the Joule was pronounced “Joel,” the history of several buildings was made up (we’re all from Dallas and some of us worked in these buildings and knew the correct history), the stories of actual murders we’re wildly incorrect. We get it that we were trying to be spooked but suggest trying to stay closer to the facts - especially with a large group of locals. Thirty minutes of research would’ve made the tour much more interesting and ghostly.

Guide was nice, but would not recommend - Unfortunately, though our guide was super nice, this was one of my least favorite ghost tours I’ve ever taken. For one, our group was not capped, so instead of maybe 8 folks on the tour, there was about 13. The guide’s speaker set was super quiet and the bars were super loud, which made it hard to hear anything unless you were standing in a 4-5 foot radius (which is cramped for 13 people). We started at the Hargrove, and heard some stories outside (across the Presbyterian church and the Freemason’s building). Heard of some other stories along the way about some hotel history, then looked at statues that kind of looked like vampire coffins. The 2nd bar was where it all went kind of downhill for us. It was a super loud sports bar - I was sitting really close to the guide but couldn’t hear 2/3 of the story he was telling because the TVs were so loud. Some folks were totally checked out and watching tv instead, and other people were asked to tell their paranormal experiences using the mic that was hard to hear and had feedback squeals. We basically sat here for the rest of the time just waiting to finish drinks. We then walked to the final bar (no stories told between). We ordered our drinks and moved upstairs which provided ample seating, but again didn’t hear anything at all because of the blaring music. Though the guide was friendly enough, I wouldn’t recommend this tour. I didn’t really get much from it except for some remote stories and some new friends we decided on staying at the last bar with for a while. I would have liked to learn more history about the city and more stories about experiences and hauntings of the city.
