I paid for a “hop on hop off” tour & it was the opposite. We got on at stop one by Dealey Plaza. There were 14 stops on the route. We only “stopped” at one, & we were only given 2 minutes to “get out. Get photos & be back on the bus!” I took my mother, who is 70 years old & there was no way she was doing any type of anything in the 2 minute time allowed. So, I had to jump off & expeditiously take a few photos before the driver proceeded to honk the horn letting the others know time was up. The AC was running on high, so no one could hear the info given. Prior trolley experiences in Nashville were MUCH BETTER because they offered “hop on hop off” tours & we could actually use the “hop on hop off” option we paid for. So maybe remove the “hop on hop off” option, because it’s not. Also, of the 14 “stops” we only stopped at the one & basically just drove by the rest & looked from a distance.

The air conditioning didn't work. Half way through the ride we just couldn't pay attention, we were just thinking about getting off. The heat was unbearable. It shouldn't be advertised as a tour with air conditioning. Really bad experience.
