Recommend small minivan tour - We very much enjoyed our tour. Our guide Dan explained quite a bit of the history of the JFK assassination and gave us many ideas for exploring Dallas further. He spent more time with us than 75 minutes, which was really nice.

Highlights Tour - Preston was a great guide! He was very informative. My favorite part was Pioneer Plaza. A lot of the information shared was about JFK, and some was shared about the show Dallas, along with other fun facts.

Good, but could be better. - Too many people packed into one van. The guide was excellent. The tour operator should really take less people for a more comfortable ride experience. I felt like a packed in sardine. Excellent guide and service though.

Bad Experience - Had to pay for an extra $100 for parking :-( The person who works in the parking lot (from Expansive Space) was extremely rude! This ruined everything, the mood, the fun during the tour. I wish there was more detailed information about this parking thing as most of the participants are from outside of the city, states or countries. I left Dallas right away after the tour. Don’t want to be there anymore.

Bad tour guide - The tour guide was very bad to say the least. He didn't seem excited about Dallas or of its newer evolution. Seemed very closed minded, referring to young business professionals as yuppies. Provided no insight on other places we could explore such as Deep Ellum, a place I discovered on my own after taking the DART that he also offered no insight on bcuz as he admittedly said he's never used it because he has a vehicle. He mentioned young people and their desire to want to live in downtown cities, if he opened his mind this is for various reasons: walkability, community, close to work, etc. if you think this guy is helping generate more revenue for Dallas, he's not. Maybe try getting a guide who has a passion for Dallas and doesn't care where people come from or why, just that they want to enjoy Dallas as well. If I wouldn't have explored on my own, my takeaway from the city of Dallas would have been negative and never returned because of the tour guide.
