1. After Booking

After booking, guests should provide their hotel name, full address, preferred pickup time, and preferred sightseeing locations in the booking notes.

If traveling with luggage, guests should also indicate the number and approximate size of their bags so sufficient luggage space can be arranged in the vehicle.

2. Hotel Pickup

On the day of the experience, the personal driver will meet guests at the confirmed pickup location, typically the lobby or designated pickup area of their Dali hotel.

Guests are kindly asked to be ready at the agreed pickup time.

3. Start of Service

The 8-hour service period begins when the driver picks up guests at the confirmed pickup location.

For example, a pickup at 8:00 AM means the included service ends at 4:00 PM.

4. Private Transportation

Guests travel in a private vehicle exclusively for their group, accompanied by a personal driver.

The standard service includes up to 8 hours and 100 km of private transportation.

The itinerary can be customized according to guests’ interests, subject to the included time and distance.

5. During the Tour

The driver transports guests between the destinations included in their agreed itinerary and waits at suitable pickup or parking locations during sightseeing stops, subject to local traffic and parking regulations.

The driver provides transportation and basic local assistance but is not a professional tour guide.

If guests would like guided commentary and more information about Dali’s history, culture, and attractions, they can select the English-Speaking Guide option when booking.

6. Additional Time or Distance

If the service exceeds the included 8 hours or 100 km, additional charges will apply.

Overtime and additional-distance charges are calculated separately according to the applicable rates.

Guests are advised to confirm any additional service with the driver or supplier before exceeding the included allowance.

7. Drop-Off

At the end of the service, the driver takes guests to their agreed drop-off location, normally their Dali hotel or another agreed location within the service area.

If the requested itinerary or drop-off exceeds the included 8-hour or 100-km allowance, additional charges may apply.

8. Flexible Itinerary

As this is a private customized service, reasonable changes to the itinerary are welcome during the day, provided they remain within the included 8-hour and 100-km allowance.

The route may also be adjusted according to traffic, weather, attraction opening hours, and guests’ preferred sightseeing pace.
