Great organization and Good for children - Excelent organization, We did quad bike, Camel ride, snorkling in the blue hole, lunch, Jeep Safari, Dahan and passage in the towailat mountain. We bought the pictures. Rade in Novotel took good care of us and arrange everything. Mohamed the guide and Ahmed the motorist were very Nice. Very well organized and everything on time. Strongly recommend. Very careful with children

Shameful experience – dishonest guide and unacceptable behavior - I joined an excursion organized by this agency and unfortunately it was the worst experience I have ever had in Egypt. The responsibility is mainly due to the guide Emad, a completely unreliable person with no professionalism at all. We were forced to pay over €100 for equipment he claimed was “mandatory by law”, threatening that without it we would not be allowed to join the excursion. The Tourism Police personally confirmed to us that this was a lie: none of those extra costs were mandatory. A clear attempt to take advantage of tourists. When we asked for clarification, Emad denied everything, completely lost his temper and even called us liars over the phone, refusing to meet us in person for any explanation. No customer care, no respect, no honesty. The agency simply washed its hands of the situation, taking no responsibility at all for the behavior of its guide. No assistance, no real solution, no professionalism. Just empty words to shut us up. I strongly advise against this agency and any excursion with Emad. If you are looking for professionalism, respect and transparency, go elsewhere. This is not about money, it’s about principles and dignity: people who work with tourists should be honest, not try to exploit them.

ESCAPE FROM THE EMAD GUIDE - It was sold to us on an excursion that then turned out to be something else entirely. The guide did what he wanted, all day in a hurry but in the bazaars where he earned you could stay as long as he wanted. He forced us to rent the snorkling equipment (life jacket, fins and wetsuit) otherwise he would not have made us snork, only when we returned we discovered that they were absolutely not mandatory but recommended. We started snorkling from another point, getting off some rocks and then getting to the blue hole and getting out (we didn't snork in the blue hole). The camel was 2 minutes cash on the camel, passing by camel corpses. The canyon didn't even let us see it from a distance, took us in the middle of two mountains saying it was the canyon, talking to other guides we found out it wasn't. If you find the EMAD guide, run, don't ruin your day and don't waste money!

Scam and disappointing experience - We had booked an excursion that, according to the brochure, should include a visit to the Colored Canyon, the Blue Hole and a quad bike and camel ride with lunch included. Actually, once we left, the EMAD guide forced us to rent snorkeling equipment (wetsuit, fins, mask and vest) even to those who already had their own, claiming that it was “not good”. All for over 115 additional euros imposed on the spot. The excursion then started in reverse to the program: • quad bike ride of a few minutes through an area with camel carcasses, unacceptable scene given the presence of children; • very short camel ride of 5 minutes; • snorkeling at the Blue Hole reduced to 15–20 minutes of swimming just along the barrier, without visiting the promised site; • lunch with drinks for a fee, contrary to what is indicated; • finally a stop at the so-called “Colored Canyon” which was not at all the one shown in the photos, but a simple rocky site visited for less than 10 minutes. In addition, the guide forced us to stop at bazaars chosen by him, saying that it was "mandatory to enter". Arrogant, unprofessional and, frankly, dishonest behavior. Of course then when we asked for explanations on return with those responsible denied everything! AVOID THEM
