Best tours for Da Nang and other places! - Andy did an outstanding job organizing not only this tour, but several others for us. I initially reached out to him for a night tour in Hoi An, and then asked if he could combine additional destinations—Golden Bridge and Marble Mountain—into the same day. We also specifically requested authentic, local dining experiences rather than tourist spots, and Andy delivered exactly that.
In Da Nang, he paired us with Ms. Dan as our guide, who was warm, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. She took us to incredible local restaurants filled with residents, managed our schedule perfectly, and ensured we were able to see and do everything we had hoped for without feeling rushed.
Because of how seamless and accommodating Andy with our tour request, we decided to book additional tours for Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong Delta, and Siem Reap in Cambodia. For Ho Chi Minh in particular, we had a very ambitious plan—we wanted to fit in a city tour, the Cu Chi tunnels, the Mekong Delta, and even the floating markets, all within a tight timeframe. Despite the complexity (and during the New Year holiday), Andy made it happen. He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, taken on a half-day city tour, then driven to Can Tho for an overnight stay. The next morning, we were picked up early to visit the floating markets and explore the Mekong Delta, before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City to continue touring and end at our hotel. We didn't go to the tunnels because since we were there during their New Year holiday, that traffic was very heavy and Mr. Phong (our guide) suggested to skip the tunnels and spend more time in Ho Chi Min. (BTW - have him take you to the BEST bahn mi place in town). Everything ran smoothly, including a comfortable limo van and excellent coordination throughout.
We also added a Siem Reap tour to visit Angkor Wat, again with airport transfers included. Every guide and driver across all locations was professional, punctual, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I highly recommend Andy and his team for anyone planning tours in Asia—they go above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience.

Great tour that packs in all the major tourist sites around Da Nang and Hoi An in one day. - We had a great experience on Mr. Andy’s tour. Our tour guide Ms. Dan was perfect. She was knowledgeable about all the sites. She answered all our questions immediately with pictures from her phone to support. We were kept moving and engaged all day. We only had a couple days in Da Nang so we had to try and squeeze in many of the sites into one day. We knew this was going to be a packed itinerary so we were prepared. We lucked out with great weather all day which provided great views from The Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills. The comfortable car ride between sites was never more than a 45 minute ride which provided much needed rest between activities. We even asked for banh mi and Ms. Dan took us to a viral restaurant which was visited by Anthony Bourdain. She knew all the little shortcuts and alleys that cut down on walking time and wait. We would definitely recommend this tour and will seek more engagements with Mr. Andy if we are ever back in Da Nang or Hoi An area.

The BEST day tour! - My friend and I booked this tour and had the best time ever in Danang and Hoi An. We absolutely loved our entire day trip and can’t say enough about it! Our tour guide was Mr. Bell and he was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Danang and Hoi An. He took us to a really cool village where they made marble sculptures. We also had a chance to have lunch together at an authentic pho restaurant! The tour exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend booking this tour!! It was well worth the price!

A Great Guide & Wonderful Experiences - This tour with Ms. Bee was like having your best friend move to a foreign city and then having them show you around when you come to see them! She was an absolute joy to be with. That included time just hanging out and taking a well-deserved break in Hoi An while waiting for sunset. Major highlights include the cable cars, funicular, Buddhist statues, and Golden Bridge in the Ba Na Hills, the inside-the-caves structures and statues at Marble Mountain, and a sunset boat ride in Hoi An. This is all day, but a day very well spent covering almost all of what tourists usually go for when visiting Danang. It would be nearly impossible to beat this tour if you're in the area!

Amazing tour and guide despite heavy rain - Our tour guide Khuong was impeccable. He has a wealth of knowledge and was very enthusiastic to share it in such a clear way. We learned so much and even though it was raining, he never failed to have a smile. The local Vietnamese food was absolutely delicious and I am glad he showed me something different. I 100% would recommend booking this tour, especially with Khuong.

Big day out - Great day with Mr Le, we started off with a buffalo ride in the paddy fields, followed by a trip to dragon bridge, monkey mountain, fishing village, hai van pass, lang Co, topped off with a lovely seafood meal. We then drove to ba na hills and took the cable car (breathtaking) and walked across the golden bridge (big hands). The whole day was fab and Mr Le is full of stories ….. “once upon a time”… and a great knowledge of Vietnamese history, and a great photographer. Andy tailors the tour to suit and we used him in 2017 so a definite trusted trip organiser.

For One Day Tour its a Great Trip - But the Guide Was Not - I want to start by saying what is included in the tour is great, especially if you have a short period of time in Da Nang. It hit up on all the must sees in one very long day. And it was a long day, but that was expected.
Now to what wasn't expected. Even before we started the tour, we got a message asking about food since lunch was included. We let them know that one person is vegan and the other does not eat pork (information that we had included when booking the tour). Despite the fact that it was a private tour and it was just me and my friend, they said they could not accommodate us. Either we both get vegan option or both get meat option. That seemed ridiculous to us, why wouldn't we both be accommodated especially since it was disclosed at booking..but we wanted the itinerary so we ask to be re-reimbursed for the lunch (they sent $30, which was fine).
Ba Na Hills was amazing, even though the weather wasn't great but we had a great time. He just pointed us in a direction and we were happy to go because it was beautiful.
Once we left Ba Na Hills we were taken to a marble shop and left there. When we sought to leave, we were told by the driver that our tour guide went to have lunch. That's fine, but don't just dump us at a place that is very aggressively trying to sell us something. I live in NYC, there wasn't much marble I can take home.
Once he returned we went to Marble Mountain. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TICKET SAYS IT INCLUDES THE ELEVATOR. When we got there, and just to preface it was a cold and very rainy day, he went to get tix and came back pointing towards the stairs. Any other day I would have followed, but that day the steps were a slippery marble wet mess. I stopped him and mentioned that our tickets include the elevator ride, he said the elevator doesn't work. However, (1) he never checked whether it worked or not (2) the first thing I noticed was people riding up the elevator. I tell him I'm not taking the stairs, he says you are young you should be able to take the stairs!!
When I finally doubled down, he took us to the other side an got the elevator tickets. It was very clear he was trying to take advantage of us. It really sucked because he seemed like such as good guy, but the atmosphere between us 100% percent changed. All of a sudden instead of pointing at stuff and ignoring us, he started giving us historical insight.
Once we left the Marble Mountain, we asked about stopping somewhere to eat. He and the driver literally LAUGHED..and then the guide said we already said its not included. We were like yes, its not included as in you don't pay for it, but we still have to stop and eat somewhere (we will pay for the food), its been 7 plus hours. We eventually made it to Hoi An and we were able to finally have dinner. I won't lie, we didn't tip the guide. Everything that happened rubbed us the wrong way, and we're American we tip for everything.
So the tour itself and all the stops is great, everything else is interesting.

The Stops Were Good But the Guide and Tour Company Were Awful - I'm adding this review here after I originally added to the Viator site. The provider basically commented and called me a liar, specifically they said..."We think it is not true as what you said about our guide." Sureee. Good luck with that.
