Excellent service - This was my third visit to Hoi An. Each time, I have engaged the services of Tommy Dao for airport transfers and several tours.
Tommy keeps in regular contact with you from the time you book your tours up to the time you have to leave for the airport. Tommy and his team are reliable, punctual and all speak English. They are very knowledgeable and ensure your comfort and safety at all times.

Transfers, tours and everything inbetween - Highly Recommend Tommy Dao Tours!
We had a fantastic experience with Tommy Dao Tours from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and everything ran smoothly. We used their service for airport transfers, several full-day tours(Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain and Son Sanctuary) , and transport for our group of 11 to VinWonders and for a rice boat experience in Hoi An.
Our guides, Tee and Destiny, were outstanding—friendly, informative, and amazing with children (our group had kids aged 3 to 12). Our driver, Hoang, was professional, safe, and very accommodating throughout.
Destiny saved us hours of lining up at the top of the Ba Na Hills after thunderstorms closed the cable cars. She entertained the kids and was a wonderful energy through the day.
The vehicles were always clean, comfortable, and came stocked with cold water, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Every part of the experience was well-organized and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! And will be recommending to all our family and friends back in Aus

2025 Family Holiday - Our Day in Hoi An was an amazing day. Our tour Guide Destiny met up with us at our hotel and took us to Ba Na Hills. She guided our family group around the entire Park, took us to 5D productions and took photos of our family all day. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend Tommy Dau Tours for any tours you are going in Hoi An

BaNa Hill and Golden Bridge Tour - We enjoyed an amazing day on our tour to BaNa Hills with Tommy Dao Tours. The tour is well organized and we had an excellent driver and tour guide. She was very intelligent and a great sense of humour.
She tried her best to teach us Vietnamese and we enjoyed trying to learn.
The tour itself is fantastic and so much to see and enjoy. There is something for everyone. Thanks Tommy and staff for paying attention to the many details thst made our trip memorable.

Fantastic service. - Amazing. Very accomodating and prompt with messaging. Would highly recommend to anyone. We travelled on a cruise ship and rather than book through the cruise we liaised direct, which is what we’d recommend to anyone organising a daily excursion.

Da Nang - When we got to Ba Na Hills it was raining, we took the tram to the top but we were in a cloud and couldn't see a thing. We were to have lunch there but it didn't open till noon and we did not want to stay two hours not seeing anything. We had added Hoi An City to our tour so we headed that way. Tommy arranged for us to have lunch at the Green Chili restaurant. The chef came out to our table and asked if we had any allergies or foods we didn't like. We stated none. He preceded to tell us what he planned on preparing for us. We were served four courses of the most fabulous food of the trip. We told Tommy that the Green Chili should be added to his tours. It was the highlight of our trip. So what was looking like a bad day due to weather he turned it into a memorable day.
I would highly recommend Tommy Dao Tours. You take a short free shuttle to the gate were he is waiting.

WOW ... incredible visit to Golden Hands! - From our arrival to port and reception by Tommy Dao and his people .. everything was excellent ... we thought we could only see a bridge with our hands ... and we found a park similar to the theme parks of the USA ... about the French villas , the tour included the lunch of very good quality, the guide Ms. Ho, very competent and pleasant and professional, the driver of the transportation cordially nice, as data transport available Wi-Fi on board.
My recommendation if you travel to Da Nang and see Ba Nan Hills ... hire this tour company ... you will have 100 percent satisfaction for your money.
