Central Vietnam to remember. - We had a great time visiting central Vietnam thanks to the 6-day tour we booked with Culture Pham. Our tour included transfers and visits to Ba Na Hills, Hue City, Da Nang, and Hoi An. - Our driver Mr. Duc was very pleasant to have for the entire tour. He was always on time, professional, and great to be around. He was accommodating and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. - Our guide Ms. Luong was excellent in taking us around Da Nang and Hoi An. She knows the flow of the attractions and was so good at avoiding the crowds which was great in saving us time. During our interactions with Ms. Luong, she helped bring back some fond memories of my childhood in Vietnam. - Our guide Ms. Van for Hue was very knowledgeable about the history. We learned so much about Vietnam during this trip. - We are grateful to be able to see the Red-shanked douc during our tour with Mr. Duc and Ms. Luong. Our children are very happy to have caught a glimpse of this endangered primate. - We didn't find our visit to Marble Mountain to be a good use of our time. A more natural cave (without the messy "art") would have been better to see. In our opinion, leaving that out of the tour would have made this 6-day tour a 10+ for our family 😊.

Great chauffeur service - Awesome chauffeur service to Bana hill in a luxury van. The driver Mr Bao was very courteous and helpful and remained in contact whilst we spent the day out and was waiting for us at the designated time to return us to our hotel. Highly recommended!

Good pick up service from Chan May Cruise Port to Ba Na Hills - We had a driver only on the day with Mr Troi who picked us up from Chan May cruise port. He was on time (30 mins early), and was helpful throughout the day. The vehicle was clean and modern. Ba Na Hills was interesting, kids particularly enjoyed the cable cars. Time was a bit short as we were instructed to leave by 1:30PM (as we need to return to our cruise ship) - probably could have done with a bit more time at Ba Na Hills, but just a minor issue as we got back in time and comfort. Thanks to the local support team - communicated promptly in a friendly manner on WhatsApp. Overall recommended!

Excellent - I just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience with the agency arrangement for our tour. Mr. Harry was our tour guide for the day, and he truly made the experience memorable. His extensive knowledge about the sights and history really enriched our visit, and he was always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend Mr. Harry as a tour guide. His passion for sharing information and ensuring everyone has a great time is truly impressive.

From Hoi An to Bana Hills to Danang - Mr Tan the driver is punctual and responsive on communicating through messaging app. We went as a group of 8 of family members

Great experience - We booked this late, as we were a bit disorganised - we literally made inquiries the night before, but this travel group were really accomodating. They organised tickets for Ba Na Hills - which is equal parts absolutely extraordinary and completely bizarre - but definitely worth a visit. Mr Hao was an excellent driver - a really nice person with great local knowledge - but this is a really well run travel group in that they are very flexible. We wanted to just explore Ba Na Hills as a family, without being part of a tour group and that was completely fine. Prices were reasonable for a private car/tour. The car was very nice and clean and Mr Hao was a great driver. Overall, a great experience - and thanks for being so accommodating without much notice!

Ms. Bao' is the finest guide & Ba Na Hills is one of the finest places on Earth! - My wife and I shared a grand adventure to the Ba Na Hills (including the Golden Bridge) with Culture Pham Travels' Ms. Bao'. In our opinion, there is no better tour guide on the planet than the kind, caring, and incredibly informative, Ms. Bao'. She speaks perfect English, as well as Korean & a bit of German. Of course, her love of the Vietnamese culture and language was fully evident, and we were very impressed with the way she would help other travelers who were confused/lost. She is a kind human-being, and she helped us maneuver through the VAST tour area both effectively and most efficiently (e.g., she knew how to avoid several bottlenecks that come with such a popular area). And, her photography skills were appreciated in some of the most flattering pictures we've had in quite some time. Finally, let us say that this area is one of the most special in all the world -- and we've traveled extensively through six continents! No one visiting Asia should pass up Vietnam's beautiful country and hospitality!

A private trip to Bana Hills - Fabulous tour organized. Our driver Mr. Hao was very supportive and helpful. The whole trip was well organised. Everything was available on time as needed.

A day trip to Ba Na Hills - Our driver, Mr Hao was very punctual, friendly and informative. The journey between Hoi An and Ba Na Hills take approx. 1 hour. The drive was smooth and trouble-free. It rained sparingly in the morning and mid-afternoon. We walked and took pictures whenever possible. We head for our lunch and (free) beer when it rains. We love the cable car rides and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It started to pour at 3pm and we decided to end the trip. Overall, it was an interesting experience. Would have given 5 stars if not for the poor weather.
