From Hoi An to Bana Hills to Danang - Mr Tan the driver is punctual and responsive on communicating through messaging app. We went as a group of 8 of family members

Great experience - We booked this late, as we were a bit disorganised - we literally made inquiries the night before, but this travel group were really accomodating. They organised tickets for Ba Na Hills - which is equal parts absolutely extraordinary and completely bizarre - but definitely worth a visit. Mr Hao was an excellent driver - a really nice person with great local knowledge - but this is a really well run travel group in that they are very flexible. We wanted to just explore Ba Na Hills as a family, without being part of a tour group and that was completely fine. Prices were reasonable for a private car/tour. The car was very nice and clean and Mr Hao was a great driver. Overall, a great experience - and thanks for being so accommodating without much notice!

Ms. Bao' is the finest guide & Ba Na Hills is one of the finest places on Earth! - My wife and I shared a grand adventure to the Ba Na Hills (including the Golden Bridge) with Culture Pham Travels' Ms. Bao'. In our opinion, there is no better tour guide on the planet than the kind, caring, and incredibly informative, Ms. Bao'. She speaks perfect English, as well as Korean & a bit of German. Of course, her love of the Vietnamese culture and language was fully evident, and we were very impressed with the way she would help other travelers who were confused/lost. She is a kind human-being, and she helped us maneuver through the VAST tour area both effectively and most efficiently (e.g., she knew how to avoid several bottlenecks that come with such a popular area). And, her photography skills were appreciated in some of the most flattering pictures we've had in quite some time. Finally, let us say that this area is one of the most special in all the world -- and we've traveled extensively through six continents! No one visiting Asia should pass up Vietnam's beautiful country and hospitality!

Brilliant tour - We had a wonderful day. Mr Dung was nothing less than first rate. He was informative, patient and extremely helpful. He asked us if we wanted to get the Wow Pass, which we did. This was a brilliant idea and saved us hours of time as we got to skip the queues. Without his assistance the experience would not have been as good. He was a champion and I would encourage others to use your company and Mr Dung. Mr Hau was also very helpful and polite and a very safe driver. All in all we had a great day.

Beautiful Ba Na Hills - What a great tour! It was so beautiful and everyone went smoothly, thank you to Bao :). If you decide to book this tour, request her. Super nice and a happy and pleasant person to be around. She never bothered us and always took care of us. She was open to whatever we wanted to change about the tour and didn’t push anything at all. She was very knowledgeable of the area and she knew everyone in Ba Na Hills, which helped! We had an amazing time and we would definitely come back an do it all over again.

Great Private Tour with Excellent Guide — Company Could Improve - This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and as a solo traveler, I booked a private tour to Ba Na Hills for $185 USD. The experience overall was smooth and enjoyable, but a few areas could be improved. My guide, Mr. Quy, was excellent — calm, professional, and fluent in English. He made everything easy to understand and went out of his way to keep the day on track. When our scheduled private vehicle failed to show up, he quickly arranged a Grab ride so we wouldn’t fall behind. We visited all the major highlights: the beautiful Flower Garden, the stunning Golden Bridge, the charming French Village, and the expansive Fantasy Park. A buffet lunch was included, with great views high up in the hills. Another highlight of the tour was that Mr. Quy brought me to a few hidden spots with amazing views that most tourists seemed to miss. These quieter areas were perfect for enjoying the scenery without the crowds, and it really made the tour feel more personalized and thoughtful. The main issue was the unpredictable weather — we got caught in two heavy rain showers, and I was soaked. I was lucky to have packed extra clothes, but I was surprised the tour didn’t provide any basic rain protection like a poncho. In East Asia, that’s usually standard on guided tours. This would’ve made a big difference, especially for solo travelers. There were also two uncomfortable moments with other tourists — one woman physically blocked me from the ticket line, and another Eastern European woman loudly pushed us aside to take photos. Thankfully, Mr. Quy stayed calm and respectful the entire time. While I declined his offer to take photos of me, I appreciated the gesture — it shows how thoughtful he was throughout. Overall, I really enjoyed the day and highly recommend Mr. Quy as a guide. However, I think the tour company should improve their preparation and customer service — especially at this price point. Things like punctual transport and rain gear should be standard for a premium private tour.

A great option to get to and from Ba Na Hills! - Our trip to Ba Na Hills and back to Hoi A was quick, easy and comfortable. Communication with the company was good and Mr. Long (our driver) waited patiently for us and was back at the collection point within 5 minutes of us calling him.
