• Kolossi Castle - Enjoy a brief photo stop outside this historic Medieval Castle. Built by the Crusaders in the 13th century, this well-preserved structure stands three stories tall and exemplifies the military architecture of that era.
• Kourion - The archaeological remains of Kourion are among the island’s most significant and impressive historical discoveries. As one of Cyprus’ most prominent ancient city-kingdoms, Kourion was constructed on a hillside overlooking the southern coast, with ruins dating back to the Roman and early-Byzantine periods. It is a must-see for everyone visiting the island, and the remains of the ancient city of Kourion are perhaps the best known and most photographed in Cyprus. Try the coin test from the chorus and be amazed! Have a friend sit at the very top of the amphitheatre while another drops a coin at the stage area. The acoustics at Kourion are so remarkable you will hear the sound of the coin falling!
• Omodos - One of the largest villages of Krasochoria (wine-making villages), Omodos is built on the slope of a mountain, nestled among a lush carpet of vines and surrounded by mountains that appear masterfully arranged. It is one of the most picturesque villages in Cyprus. The large plaza of the village, unique in its graphic quality and size, sits in front of the majestic monastery of the Holy Cross (linked to St. Helen’s Passage to Cyprus), the medieval Winepress, narrow alleys, and stone-made houses all “drowned” in greenery, lending a special beauty and charm to the village. Additionally, the village’s houses themselves are of interest in terms of folkloric architecture, featuring tiled roofs or terraces, picturesque upper storeys, paved and flowery yards with jars inside, wooden doors, variously decorated gateways, balconies, and elongated rooms as the main elements.

• Limassol Old Town - Enjoy a guided walk through the historical center and heart of Limassol, where narrow radial streets lead outside the old fishing harbor. For a touch of history in the city center, head straight to the Medieval Castle. There’s no better place to journey back in time than the site where it is reputed Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria of Navarre in 1191, crowning her Queen of England. Afterwards, before returning to the port, enjoy some free time! There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The timing will be adjusted to ensure a timely return to the ship.
