• Meet friendly and playful dolphins
• The trainer will teach you all about the dolphin’s behaviors and anatomy
• The Dolphin Encounter is an intimate and interactive experience, which lasts for approximately 15-20 minutes

• The aquarium ticket is included in your Dolphin Experience

• Cameras are allowed for taking photos from observation areas, but not in the water.
• Participants are placed at different water depths based on age, with adults in thigh to waist-deep water and small children at shoulder-depth (parents hold toddlers and babies).
• Please come prepared with a bathing suit, towel, and sunblock for the activity.
• This inclusive program accommodates people with special needs, but prior consultation is necessary before making a reservation.
• Each dolphin interaction group is limited to a maximum of 6 people per dolphin.
• One full paying adult is required per child.
• Remember to bring your confirmation for eligibility upon entering the aquarium.
