- Cusipata - The tour kicks off with a hotel pick-up between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. Once everyone is on board, the journey towards the south of Cusco begins. The group will travel for about 3 hours in a tourist vehicle, stopping in Cusipata to enjoy a delightful breakfast.
- Santa Lucía - Following breakfast, the tour continues to the town of Santa Lucía. Here, a detour is taken, and the group travels for an additional 15 minutes along a winding road to reach Punta Carretera. At this point, there will be about 10 minutes to prepare and make final arrangements before commencing the hike.
- Complejo Arqueologico Waqrapukara - The hike uphill begins, lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and covering a distance of around 2.5 kilometers. During the hike, participants will be treated to stunning Andean landscapes, canyons, and mountains until reaching the archaeological complex of Waqrapukara.
Upon arrival, the guide will offer a comprehensive explanation of the history, architecture, and cultural importance of this remarkable site. Afterwards, there will be free time to explore independently and take photographs. Following the visit, a delicious box lunch will be enjoyed before starting the return journey.
