Fascinating Cultural and Historical experience - Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Jhon. Started with an educational stop at Chinchero where we learned about the facinating processing of alpaca fibre to final beautiful product through traditional and sustainable methods. The pre-Inca history and continuing function of the Maras Salt Ponds was expertly described by Jhon and the ponds themselves were incredible to see. Finally we learned about the Inca construction of Moray terraces in the Sacred Valley; their creation of distinct environments to cultivate a diverse range of crops. Again an impressive site. Overall a great tour addressing the unique history and culture of Paru. Totally enjoyed it and would recommend Jhon and this tour group.

Culture and History - Wonderful half day tour! If you don't want to spend hours on a bus then this one is great. Learned a lot from the tour guide Phillippe. The textile shop we visited was very nice. We got to see how alpaca wool is made and colored. It was wonderful buying legit alpaca ponchos directly from the source. The salt mine was very interesting as well and it was nice that we were taken to a family business to purchase salts. Moray was set in a picturesque landscape surrounded by gorgeous Andean mountains. My only complaint is the ticket cost there as we only had the day to use it. But that is not the fault of the tour company at all. Very good experience!

Salt, circular terraces and Inca beliefs. - Relaxing and interesting tour. Both the circular terraces and the salt pools were fascinating places to visit. Our guide was knowledgeable and was able to give us a better understanding of how the Incas saw the world.

Excellent half day tour! - We spent nearly 10 days in Cusco and did the classics of Rainbow Mountain, Red Valley, Macu Picchu, Saqsaywaman but this day was up there with one of our favourites. Nora was a wonderful guide who was funny, bubbly and incredibly passionate about each site. After some VERY long days, this half day tour was the perfect amount of time. The bus journey was no more than an hour to each site and we got enough time to venture around ourselves. The Salt Mines and Moray were magnificent and the textile hub of Chinchero was very interesting. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing all around :) - This tour was great! We loved every stop. It was really cool to see the weavers at Chinchero, especially learning about the natural fibres and dyes. Moray and the Salineras were also really cool and picturesque. Good amount of time at each place, didn’t feel rushed. Learnt a lot without being overwhelmed or bored - it was all super interesting and fun!
