Impermeable! - It was a special panoramic tour, showing the important points and rituals of the city. I loved enjoying the city on an open bus. I recommend

City and Mountain top tour - Great tour, however didn't realize it was beyond the city and up into the mountains. Passed several Inca sites, visited the white Jesus statue and tour shops.

Good for a first day but better tours - We did this tour on our first day in Cusco as we wanted to take it easy to acclimatise to the high altitude. It was a good way of seeing some of the sites from a distance, and you can go back another day to see and learn more. The majority of our group was Spanish and I didn't feel they were translating everything for us. It was also hard to understand them over the mic. There was quite a lot of waiting around.

Not Great - We booked direct through their website (for the Orange tour buses) Not sure where all these good reviews have come from. Firstly they get you to meet at a meeting point and then walk you across town for 15 minutes (back the way we had just come from) to the bus. Why not just meet where the bus leaves from? Audio was hard to understand and feel like it could have been more informative. A lot of the time we had no idea what we were looking at. The tour was supposed to be in English but I felt 80% of the commentary was in Spanish. The tour also takes 4 hours. It was advertised as 2.5 hours on their website so this was frustrating as we had something else booked for after the bus tour and ended up missing this. Also got caught in a few hailstorms during the bus ride (granted not the tours fault) but there is not enough seating downstairs to take shelter. Overall there’s definitely much better ways to spend 4 hours in the great city of Cusco

It was enjoyable to see... - It was enjoyable to see Cusco from the bus, but the English commentary disappeared at one point, and the tour felt short on cultural or historical insight.

The tour was sub par - The tour was completely in Spanish and because of the lack in communication the driver was attempting to leave others behind. I would not recommend English speaking customers with Hymen and Bruce

Disappointing Open-Top Bus Tour in Cusco - We had high hopes for this tour, but it really didn’t live up to expectations. The main issue was the audio — it was so muffled and unclear that we could barely understand a single word. It didn’t overlap with the Spanish narration, but it was so distorted that I’m not sure even Spanish speakers could follow it. We did make a long stop to meet an Inca person, which was actually very cool. The ceremony was interesting, we got to see some baby alpacas, and this portion was translated clearly and nicely. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the tour where we could really understand what was happening. The rest of the tour just wasn’t good — we saw plenty of sights, but since we couldn’t hear or understand the explanations, we had no idea what we were looking at most of the time. It ended up feeling like just a long, confusing bus ride rather than an informative experience. Also, note that it ran longer than advertised — they said 2.5–3 hours, but ours was well over 3. The one bright spot w
