Proceed to the cloud forest, a habitat for unique species such as the Spectacled Bear and the Cock of the Rock, Peru’s national bird. Conclude the day at Pilcopata Inn for an overnight stay.
Pilcopata – Manu Lodge (450 msnm)
Manu National Park - Following breakfast, tour a coca plantation and a wildlife rescue center. Embark on a boat trip from Port Atalaya, where birds like herons and cormorants can be seen along the river. Reach Amazon Manu Lodge, enjoy lunch, and then explore Machuwasi Lake on balsa rafts to observe hoatzins, monkeys, capybaras, and possibly caimans. Spend the night at the lodge.

Cusco - Visit the macaw clay lick early in the morning, where parrots and macaws gather to consume mineral-rich clay. After breakfast, return by boat to Port Atalaya and continue the journey by bus back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:30 pm.
