• Cusco - The journey to Machu Picchu starts with a pick-up at the meeting point between 4:30 am and 4:45 am, leading to a train ride offering breathtaking views.
• Aguas Calientes - Along the way, the Inca landscape will mesmerize you with its snow-capped mountains, lush sub-tropical jungles, and ancient Inca agricultural terraces. The train arrives at Aguas Calientes, also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo, where a guide will be ready to accompany you on a 25-minute bus ride to the Machu Picchu citadel.
• Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - Upon reaching the site, a 3-hour guided tour awaits. The guide will share insights into Inca history and culture, focusing on the citadel’s main areas. After the tour, there will be free time to explore Machu Picchu independently. Back in Aguas Calientes, there is an opportunity to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
• Ollantaytambo - The return journey begins with a train ride back to Ollantaytambo, departing at either 4:22 pm or 6:10 pm. From there, depending on availability, a bus will provide a smooth transfer back to the meeting point, wrapping up the unforgettable excursion.
