Cusco to Santa Teresa (Cycling - Thermal Baths)

Cusco to Santa Teresa (Cycling - Thermal Baths)
Banos Termales de Cocalmayo - Guests will be picked up at 6:30 am from their hotel and transported by tourist vehicle to Santa Teresa through the Valle de la Convencion. Along the way, there will be stops to admire the stunning scenery of the Sacred Valley and Abra Malaga at 4200 meters above sea level (the highest point), as well as the jungle edge of the Cusco region. The journey takes approximately 2 hours.
Upon arrival at the Carrizales sector at 3600 meters, the route will pass through the highest point called Abra Málaga. The thrilling bike descent through the Sirenachayuc Valley will begin, with specialized instructors providing all necessary safety briefings. Participants will be fully equipped with protective gear, including body armor, knee pads, helmets, and gloves. The descent lasts approximately 3 hours, crossing streams and various ecosystems. The activity concludes in the Huamanmarka sector, where the archaeological center of the same name will be visited. After this adventure, guests will head to Santa Maria to change and rest before continuing to Santa Teresa (40 minutes).
Upon arrival in Santa Teresa, guests will stay at a magical lodge where they can relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Once re-energized, the extreme activities of zip-lining will commence: 6 lines totaling over 3 kilometers, a 110-meter-long Tibetan bridge, and a 25-meter-high rock climb. During the activity, participants can try different flight styles such as regular, fetal, tandem with a partner, head down, spins, and Superman, with an average flight speed of 60 km/hr. The tour lasts 1.5 hours. Guests may use their cameras or video cameras throughout the tour or request a photo session available at the facilities for an additional cost.
After the excitement at VERTIKAL, guests will head to the thermal baths of Cocalmayo for a relaxing afternoon in this natural spa with crystal-clear water. The day concludes with a transfer back to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Santa Teresa to Aguas Calientes (Coffee Tour - Hiking)
Mirador de Llactapata - Guests will be transported by car to the coffee farm in the Lucmabamba sector, walking along an ancient Inca trail that passes through many crops. Here, large plantations of pacae, banana, avocado, papaya, orange, and, of course, coffee plants can be appreciated. The farm is owned by a traditional coffee family, and an expert will lead this beautiful ecological tour. The knowledgeable coffee grower will demonstrate the processes of working, observing, harvesting, washing, drying, roasting, and preparing real 100% natural organic coffee. Guests will enjoy the decadent aroma of freshly roasted and ground coffee wafting through the air! Coffee is the main agricultural industry for the local people in the jungle, and they cultivate many acres of coffee for export to the USA, Asia, and Europe. Guests will also taste the excellent quality coffee of the area (approximately 2-hour tour).
After this delightful experience, guests will head to Llactapata on an Inca trail for three hours, stopping along the way to appreciate various points of interest. The tour guide will share beautiful stories related to the ancient times of the place, making the ascent even more spectacular. Llactapata was an Inca town that provided food and served as an administrative point for the region before the Machu Picchu Valley. During its construction, Llactapata played a crucial role in the advancement of Inca engineers.
Guests will visit this place with the tour guide. Nearby, there is a restaurant for lunch. The descent continues for two more hours to the hydroelectric power station, where transport (car and train) awaits to take guests to the city of Aguas Calientes, arriving at approximately 5 pm.

Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu to Cusco (Guided Tour)
Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - A special breakfast in the morning is followed by a transfer to the bus station. Upon arrival, a guided tour of the Machu Picchu citadel begins, lasting 3 hours. After the guided tour, participants will have free time to explore the site on their own.
The return to Cusco can be made by train via Ollantaytambo (4 hours) or by bus via the hydroelectric power station (6 hours), depending on availability and coordination with our agents.
Cusco - After visiting the Inca city of Machu Picchu, guests will return to Cusco. The return time depends on the train schedules acquired during the reservation process, with an approximate arrival at 9 pm.
