Humantay Lake - Our Excursion begins with the pickup collection from your hotel about 04:30 am to 05:00 am.
Then we continue our journey in a private transport to the town of Mollepata famous for the Avocado Production in the area. Once we arrive there we will have a delicious breakfast and then continue to Soraypampa base camp (3900 m.a.s.l / 17.960 ft), from where hike begins for an hour and 45 minutes approximately to reach the Humantay Lake, surrounded by glaciers.
When we reach Humantay we will enjoy the beautiful turquoise lagoon. There you will take the best photos.
Then we will descend to Soraypampa to have lunch later in the afternoon we will return to Cusco by our Private transport.

Humantay Lake with Bernao - Bernao guided us on the Humantay Lake trail. He was super patient with me as a slow hiker, and did a wonderful job explaining the different plants and the history of the area. I learned so much. The views were absolutely stunning as well. It was a long day but definitely worth it and I would 100% recommend!

Amazing Experience - Bernao was an amazing guide and was full with knowledge. Amazing hike with breathtaking views. Would recommend for anyone planning to visit the Cusco area.

EXCELLENT - Bernao is such a great guide! He made sure all of us were safe, informed, and in tune with all the elements of the hike that made it the one-of-a-kind experience that it was! He was also very committed to his job! 10/10 would recommend!

Great hike to Humantay Lake - Miguel was a great guide. He helped us set meaningful intentions for the hike and encouraged us to get to the top no matter how slow we needed to take it or if we needed to go by horse. It was a tough hike, but definitely worth it. It was really beautiful and we had great weather and views throughout the whole hike!

Day trip to Lake Humantay - The trip was very well organized. We were picked up from our hotel and brought to breakfast before heading to the trailhead. The hike was a long one and definitely not easy but the views of the lake were absolutely worth it. We did end up taking horses up after hiking about half of the trail. Miguel was our trip leader and he was incredible! Super friendly and very motivating the entire way. He definitely made the trip that much more enjoyable!

Unforgettable Adventure to Humantay Lake – Challenging Hike, Incredible Guide! - Never knew Humantay Lake would become a bucket list item! The tour was absolutely worth it. The hike itself was an unforgettable experience, with a steep incline and high elevation that made it physically challenging but incredibly rewarding. Our tour guide, Ronald, truly made a difference—he was patient, attentive, and always ensured everyone in the group could catch their breath and feel comfortable throughout the trek. I’ll never forget this adventure!

A must do! - Ronald was a phenomenal guide! I would recommend him to everyone. Was a great leader, patient, and made sure the whole group was together at all times! Views itself were stunning but the hike was a trek so bring plenty of water and snacks!

Great Hike & Guide - Loved this Hike and Ronald was a great guide! If you’re not used to the altitude it is an adjustment especially with the incline, but Ronald helped us navigate even the tricky portions of the terrain
(a detour to avoid a recent landslide) and made it an enjoyable experience. Not to mention he took the best pictures!
