- MUSEO DEL PISCO - CUSCO - Here, we will conduct a master class on “Pisco sour” preparation at one of the most iconic Pisco bars in Peru. A professional bartender will introduce you to the various types of Pisco, grapes, and flavors used to create this cocktail of national pride. If you’re feeling adventurous, they offer a range of exotic fruit macerates for you to experiment with. Everyone can craft their own Pisco sour, with the bartender guiding you through the process. You’ll sample many flavors, so be mindful and save some room for what’s next.
- LIMBUS RESTOBAR - We will visit one of the most privileged terraces in the heart of Cusco, offering a stunning view of the “Plaza de Armas de Cusco,” its cathedral, and its people. Here, you’ll participate in a painting workshop where you can decorate your own Pisco shot glass. To inspire your creativity, we’ll serve you “te piteado,” Cusco’s most iconic alcoholic drink, known for its explosion of flavors and served hot.
- LIMBUS RESTOBAR - Knowing you appreciate great views, we’ve saved the best for last. From the most important viewpoint in the city, San Blas, this restobar offers the best view of the entire city. Here, we’ll enjoy a craft beer pairing made by the restobar’s owner in the “Sacred Valley.” We’ll taste an IPA and a Porter, both awarded in Europe and the USA, paired with local artisan chocolate from Chunchos farmers. This chocolate is considered the best organic chocolate in the world, containing no milk, just 55% cocoa with a special touch of organic blonde sugar from the area. It’s a true delicacy. As we watch the sunset, we’ll explain the pairing and its benefits.
