- Cusco Cathedral - The first destination is the Cusco Cathedral, a grand stone edifice built between 1560 and 1664. It houses an extensive collection of Catholic religious art, most notably the paintings from the Cusco Art School.
- Coricancha - The next stop is the Convent of Santo Domingo, built on the foundations of the Inca temple of Qorikancha. Despite its conversion, remnants of Qorikancha are still visible, including the Sun Temple, the Moon Temple, the Intipampa, the Solar Garden, and various other Inca ruins.
- Sacsayhuaman - The tour then proceeds to Sacsayhuaman, located north of Cusco. Sacsayhuaman is known for its massive stone walls that form a zigzag pattern around a hill, resembling a fortress. The Incas originally used it as a temple dedicated to the sun and thunder gods.
- Q’enqo - After visiting Sacsayhuaman, the tour continues to the nearby Inca site of Qenqo. The exact purpose of Qenqo is unknown, but it features intricate stone carvings, some resembling serpents.
- Tambomachay - The next stop is Tambomachay, an ancient Inca site celebrated for its water rituals and known as a sanctuary for Inca nobility, with functional water fountains still present.
- Puka Pukara - The final destination is Puca Pucara, an Inca military outpost on the outskirts of Cusco, distinguished by its red stone construction.
