Cusco Culinary is Awesome! - I went and got the solo experience from Mauricio, the chef, he's easy to be around and the space is very unique to Cusco, its clean, and the food we made was easy to do with a wide range of flavors that I really enjoyed! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cusco. Don't miss out! ^_^

Creative Cusco cooking class!! - Had a great time doing the cooking class and market tour with Mauricio. He was so knowledgeable and the menu was really creative and memorable. Well organized and lots of practical components. Would recommend to anyone coming to Cusco!

FUN TIME!! - The experience was wonderful with Chef Dael. The market foods were explained in detail. He told us about the ingredients that we were using and he explained the foods and dishes that Peruvians use. The restaurant where the cooking class was held was clean, calming and had a serene atmosphere. Dael took all of our questions with patience. He let us taste the ingredients before we made each dish. He took into consideration if anyone had any food allergies. I would definitely recommend taking this cooking class when visiting Peru. My rate is 11 out of 10 STARS!! WONDERFUL CHEF!! PS:We had very good company too!!

An experience full of heart, taste and connection - Overwhelming!
Yesterday I took a cooking class with a friend, and it was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Our chef Mauricio was incredibly open, warm, gracious and extremely experienced. He showed us Peruvian cuisine at its best, and I was deeply impressed by how much knowledge, passion and attention to detail he shared with us.
His way of explaining was so vivid and warm that you immediately felt comfortable. I am infinitely grateful for this experience. I can really only recommend everyone to take a cooking class with Mauricio.
It feels like cooking at home with best friends. Full of joy, lightness and genuine connection.
This experience is definitely one of my very personal highlights here in Cusco!!

You’ll be glad you did it! - Dael did an excellent job explaining things, keeping us on the right track while still creating a fun atmosphere. Touring the San Pedro market added to the experience and I learned a lot about Peruvian food.

Amazing instructor and a lovely evening! - Dael was lovely, we had an amazing evening learning traditional Peruvian food and drinks. The ingredients were high quality, the cooking studio was superb, and the recipes were out of this world! Give this a go if you are looking for a lovely evening and a unique experience!

Yummy!!! - Ronal is a great chef!! it was so much fun going to the market and finding fruit vegetables, cheese and many other wonderful things. Then going back and cooking ceviche, lomo saltado, Pisco sour and ají. Great culinary experience!!

Intriguing market tour with culinary fun after - a must! - Intriguing and educational tour of San Pedro Market - wished we could have gone back to just wander through this amazing collection of local goods. Cooking experience extremely enjoyable with creation of delicious and unique dishes. Would do again in a heartbeat!

A fun introduction to Cusco. - Mauricio proved to be a fantastic host. His tour of the market gave us some excellent insights to Peruvian foods prior to the start of the cooking class.
The class itself was fun, and well organised. His different ways of preparing Ceviche was insightful and provided us with a delicious starter.

A fun and tasty dinner at Cusco, can recommend! - We had a great time today visiting this master class with chef Dael! First we had a little tour at the market and learned about local products. Then we went to the studio, which was very cozy, and started our masterclass. Everything was really cool, fun and we had great time cooking and trying Peruvian dishes. Just make sure you have enough time the whole experience takes around 4 hours. Totally worth it, great way to meet people and the country!
